Dome vacation rentals in South West England

The place was really the price was spot on for us as this was just a mid way stop but really glad we choose this place we had 3 children with us and they loved it my daughter slept in a bed for the first time a love how comfy the beds are. The fire kept us warm all night our bed was really good I probably wouldn't stay for a week with my kids as my boy was so excited about staying or maybe get a second tent might be the answer but we all loved it to be fair and will be back

Loved our first stay at an Geo globe. The globe was really clean and comfortable. Lovely surprise with an electric blanket, hot chocolate and marshmallow. will definitely return.

A Unique & Peaceful Escape Our stay in a tipi/yurt in Wales was magical! Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect mix of rustic charm with a lot of wooden structures and comfort. Despite downpours and strong winds the Tipi kept us feeling cozy and dry. Unwinding by the fire made it truly special. We also got to know the host and some of her life experiences. We will recommend for a unique getaway!

My partner and I had such an amazing weekend from the get go. Nici made us feel really welcome and made it clear she was available to help us when/if we needed it. The dome was perfect. It was just the right size, the bed was super comfy and clean and the private kitchen area and campfire was a great bonus, providing everything you needed and a perfect view too! The private locked bathroom was such a good idea. It was really clean, towels, toilet roll and hand soap were provided and the fact you could lock your door meant we could keep all our toilettries down there without having to move them back and fourth. The breakfast in the morning was the perfect meal to start the day off, we were always greeted with a smile! The location was great! It wasn't far from the town, and we brought our own paddleboards and were able to get to the river right from Nici's back garden. We will 100% return in the future, and would recommend it to anyone interested!

Beautiful, very special place set is gorgeous Ceredigion countryside. Lots of gorgeous touches throughout. The bathroom area, built around a tree is amazing. Plus... you get your very own private bathroom! So well thought out. There are some domes that I saw overlooking the river... I think... couldn't quite see. These would be especially 'special'.... so do check before booking if you'd like a river view. Although mine was also lovely, situated overlooking the fields with a sunset view. Nici was very responsive to any requests I made, and the resident cowboy, Ed, cooks and serves up a wonderful breakfast! A special place to unwind and recharge.

Great place, loved it here. Even with other people around it still feels like you have your own space to disconnect from the world if that’s what you want. Some beautiful places nearby within 20mins of driving.

Definitely recommend to stay here. The cosy dome in a great location giving you a unique experience. The view from the dome is stunning throughout the day. Very clean and tidy accommodation exactly the same as shown in the photos. Although there is a log burner with a plenty of woods, it is good to prepare extra blanket and inner wears. A bit chilly at late night in April.

we had a brilliant few days staying in iglulu and it was everything we needed for a break from technology and a screen detox. Waking up to the amazing views every morning and the peace and tranquility was the highlight for us, an amazing break for us as a couple and also as a family. I never thought spending the time sharing a bunkbed with our 3 boys would be so good, but it outdid all our expectations

Lovely last minute getaway, just what we needed. Host's couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Children had the run of the forest, we enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the campfire and relaxing in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Had a really lovely stay in the Dome! Becky came out to meet us and showed us to the dome which was really nice :) there was milk and a cake left in the fridge for us and the outside kitchen had all the basics like salk and pepper and oil which was useful 😊 woodburner worked great and was very useful for our second night as it got a bit chilly so we kept warm, especially because Becky has used some really nice warm bedding in the dome! It was exactly what we needed to disconnect from the world a bit and recharge our batteries with no tvs and limited phone use! Perfect for what we wanted and needed! Thank you Becky!

Thank you so much Adam for taking our very short notice booking. We decided on a last minute get away for my hubby’s 60th birthday and Adam was so helpful and made sure that everything was ready including the hot tub for us to enjoy. We had a great evening had a bbq tea and enjoyed the hot tub and facilities , the outdoor kitchen was fun and the shower and private loo spotless. The beds really comfy and we loved the decor in the pod very impressed, if you are thinking of going just do it it’s fabulous. We would love to come back again

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, responsive host, there was an issue but the host kindly offered a suitable solution. We stayed on 28th December so I was worried about being cold at night but after a couple of hours the tent was warm and we did have a lovely cosy night's sleep :) how wonderful to sleep beside the trees and under the sky. The kitchen was well stocked and they left us little stockings filled with treats for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Lots of thoughtful touches and everything you need to make your stay comfortable has been thought of. We hope to come again.

A beautiful and tranquil Airbnb in a great location. We visited 6 different parts of Cornwall during our short stay as everywhere was 20-30 minutes away!! It was bigger and better than the photos, very well designed and thought out. So lovely waking up to the view of the lake each morning and the sound of the ducks and cows. There were lots of extra blankets/duvets/pillows for the colder evenings/mornings and 3 heaters to snuggle up next to. Nick was a great host, he regularly checked in with us and was super quick and responsive with replies. It was New Year’s Eve when we arrived and a bottle of Prosecco had been left in the fridge which was a lovely touch and gesture. If you are looking for a rural, peaceful, snuggly and unique airbnb to stay in then this is the place for you!

All i can say is it’s amazing all round! Beautiful place! Can’t recommend this place enough! Amazing host! Sophie is so helpful to make everything so smooth and easy! Will definitely be coming back

This was our 2nd visit to Amy and Ed’s Geodomes. We absolutely love this trip, each time we have come we have had such an incredible time, dis-connecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, connecting with each other and absorbing the tranquil and peaceful surroundings with the most amazing view. We followed the instructions provided for a walk 5mins from the dome around the nearby woodlands which we loved and didn’t get to do on our last visit. We could easily spend a few days to a week here. The accommodation was spotless again alongside the bathroom, and full of cosy comforts and lovely touches. Amy and Ed have really thought of everything you could need. We came to celebrate a milestone birthday and I couldn’t think of any better place to help us create memories for such a special occasion. We really love it here and would highly recommend booking a trip. Amy is super proactive and responsive, a delightful host. We look forward to returning again

Simply amazing stay at the tree dome, Penny and her team are amazing at taking care of the details. I was surprised how large the dome actually was and the area around it is beautiful untamed woodland. Would love to stay here again!!!

We had an idyllic weekend at the Stargazer! The pod is beautiful and well designed. It is a smaller site that I expected which was nice. The views are stunning, amazing sunset in front of the pod. Outside decking space is really big! Took our pooch. The two children loved it, we wish we booked for longer.... Pizza van on site was a real bonus. Thank you for letting us stay :)

Such a lovely place and even better in real life than in the photos! The pod was really spacious and cosy, especially as the stormy wind blew! Will definitely be going back and bringing friends as there were so many options - bell tents, shepherds hut and pitch your own tent! Thank you Sally and Paul! X

Just got home from an amazing weekend stay for my partner and I on our first child free trip away and this place did not disappoint! It had everything we could have wanted at more! The hot tub in the evening was lovely, topped off with watching match of the day on the huge projector screen was perfect. On Damian’s recommendation we ate at The Ship Inn at Noss Mayo and The rose and Crown both places were excellent. The Ship Inn being something of a special venue ! Thank you very much for the added touch of the birthday balloons and banner for my partner, it was a lovely surprise. I’m not going to lie the hill was abit of a challenge with the suit case and bags but being a man I was not making two trips so abit self inflicted! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about it. And when our children are slightly older we do plan on returning, this time I will be bringing my fishing rods after watching all the carp swimming around in the private lake. Thank you again.

Thomas was helpful and insightful, and very responsive. The site was easily found with good signage and getting to our campsite was as simple as could be. Definitely looking to go back next year, if possible.

We had the most wonderful 2 nights at George’s Getaway over NYE. The listing was exactly as described and we loved the welcome cake and coffee, so nice! We had a pizza night one night using the oven (very cool!) and a grill dinner the second night! The hot tub was the perfect size and kept its temperature all night. The venue was clean and spacious. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this lovely venue in the Cotswolds. Joanna very responsive, great hosts! Thank you for giving us a wonderful start to 2025 :)

Honestly such a fantastic stay Helens communication was extremely good and so helpful and the place was really clean when we arrived they were so friendly and helpful especially with getting stuff from the shop to make our stay really warm I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking if you want a friendly and peaceful retreat !!! 5 starts
