Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Bass Cottage is a beautiful,comfortable,contemporary seaside home, 50 yards from the sea, on the SW coastal path. It sleeps 6 ( 2 doubles ( one with super king bed, the other with king size bed) and a twin. Widemouth bay is 3 miles from Bude and is a renowned surfers beach,with sand and pebbles. Safe for children. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful coastal walks. The house is a 'home from home' with everything you could want. It has 2 allocated parking spaces. Modern, high spec fitted kitchen.

The house comprises of an open plan living & kitchen area leading onto decking & garden with BBQ & patio furniture & a Hot Tub for great nights in whether it’s hot or cold out! With 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 and 3 bathrooms, it's ideal for a large family or friends. Maybe bring the pooch for some beach walkies! Please note that all booking from 2023 will be charged for the hot tub if required.

Please check on site for bar opening times. Just 4 miles from Bude, this is the perfect location from which to go exploring the delights of Cornwall.
