Vacation rentals with a hot tub in South West England

Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

Me and my Girlfriend Gabbi had the most perfect time at the farm cottage. It was so peaceful spending nights under the stars in the log burner hot tub and the private outdoor sauna by the river, even better than the photos!! Everything felt very private and by the end it felt like our own little cottage, we did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this enough it was just wonderful, the absolute perfect little getaway for a couple. Thanks so much Paul, we truly loved it.

Such a lovely place. Sadly, I only had a couple of nights and one day to really enjoy it, but I immediately looked to re-book upon departing, and although the dates I looked at did not work, I will definitely return. Joe was really friendly and helpful. The house is lovely, well-designed and thought through with plenty of space. The weather was a bit damp, but otherwise we would have also thoroughly enjoyed the lovely garden with its seated areas and hot tub. Many thanks for a lovely break

Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

What an incredible 5 days, the balcony studio truly delivered. Breathtaking views over the harbour and surrounding areas topped off with luxury accommodation. The place was spotlessly cleaned and brilliantly maintained. Coffee tea and milk ready for arrival companies by welcome bubbly. Would highly recommend anyone to stay if you get the chance BEST SPOT IN ST IVES

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . James is a fantastic host. The Coach House is beautiful. Attention to detail and the interior decor is stunning and of high quality. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub was a gorgeous way to spend the evenings and the loggia provide shelter from the very high tempretues we had. Everything was impeccable and we'd love to return. Local eateries and towns are fab and the setting for the home is peaceful and very picturesque.Thank you to you both and your mum

We have had a wonderful few days at The Old Rectory and Cottage,a family holiday celebrating a special birthday. Both properties have bags of character and the family loved the gardens,games room and hot tub.Plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The views are amazing! The extra touches such as fresh flowers from the gardens in vases were lovely and welcoming. Deanna is a great host and quick to reply to any queries we had. Overall a really happy time in a special place ☺️ We are already planning a second visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge - it was the perfect base for us to explore the beautiful surroundings for a few days, and get ready with our friends for a wedding nearby. The lodge feels private and peaceful and has been decorated really nicely. Great supplies throughout the lodge and helpful local advice on things to do. We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's house! The property was very clean, spacious and provided a comfortable environment for our family gathering. Each room was unique and generously sized, and having en-suite bathrooms in every room was a big plus. The hot tub was a great addition and made our evenings extra relaxing. Our only small suggestions would be that the football area outside is on a slope, which makes it a bit tricky to play on, and the barbecue could use a bit of maintenance/cleaning to be easier to use. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for group stays!

Just come home from a great few days at Parkfields Timber Hill. We were very lucky with the weather !! Nothing was too much trouble for the host!! Very, very accommodating. Oven wasn't working on day 1, Matthew replaced it within a few hours... Our family thoroughly enjoyed this tranquil countryside space. Very short journey (5 mins in the car) to Broad Haven's superb beach. We anticipate returning in the future. Thank you Matthew and family. Kris & family.

Just spent a lovely week at Jan's in a party of 13. Beautiful house and gardens in a very peaceful location. Garden was huge and had wonderful views of the lake. House was equipped with everything you need, even down to shampoo and extra bath sheets for the jacuzzi! Will definately be visiting again. Thank you Jan.

we had a fantastic stay here, the signal box was gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need and more! Nice touches of shampoos and shower gels incase we'd forgotten, a bottle of fizz and a jug of milk in the fridge also! We found the property to be clean and welcoming and hot tub was excellent and clean. we thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous pet sheep that came to see us everyday 😍 The view from the property is amazing and the sunrise was to die for! we had dinner at The springer Spaniel one evening, lovely food and great cocktails!! we would easily recommend this gorgeous place and jacqui is a lovely welcoming helpful host! we hope to be back soon! Firstly, for the money we paid we feel we had an absolute bargain. Have already saved it to our favourites so we can return. The views are amazing, the surrounding of a working farm is beautiful. BBQ/fire pit was great, so easy to use and made cooking and enjoying the sun and the surroundings even more. Parking right outside your pod, so no lugging your stuff across a Carpark or field. Very private also, so made our stay so relaxing. Couldn’t recommend the place enough, if we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway, highly recommend for a chilled weekend away from the hustle and bustle - multiple pub / restaurants within a walking / taxi distance if you’re looking to drink. The added benefit of a gas BBQ & hottub means you could cook a meal & relax at the cabin without really needing to go anywhere. Would happily stay again.

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! It's absolutely stunning with incredible attention to detail. We felt at peace and relaxed there, which is never easy with a small baby! instructions were clear the host was friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to be back one day! A brilliant stay where we actually got engaged! Hot tub is lovely and warm, the shepherd hut is great and clean with lots of storage space. Hosts were really helpful and gave good tips for things to do. Super responsive too!

The lodge was absolutely wonderful. It was perfect for what we wanted. Everything was exactly where we were told it would be and the list of local places to visit we were provided with really helped to plan our holiday. I booked this as a get away from it all break for my husband’s 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. Genuinely, there are not enough words to describe how perfect this place is- it’s like being wrapped in a warm hug! The setting is peaceful and private and the cabin is pure luxury- the most comfortable bed ever, gorgeous complimentary toiletries, lovely hot tub and a well stocked welcome hamper. Claire also left us a lovely birthday message, balloons and bubbly - those personal touches were so special. We didn’t leave the cabin for the whole weekend - well, just to have amazing massages (a must if you stay!) - as we just wanted to step out of the hustle and bustle of our busy lives for a short time. This is the perfect place to do that and we will definitely return as this is such a special place.
