In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A modern house built in 2022, located in a bright southern location right on the beach, offers the best of Swedish nature only 50 minutes from Stockholm City. We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
