Sjöstugan is a cozy family friendly 19th century house. In the glass veranda with dining table you have a panoramic view of Mälaren. The charming kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, etc. Here the children can play in the water by the private sandy beach, in the large trampoline or in the treehouse. At the private jetty there is a rowing boat for fishing trips. In Kvicksund there is a shop, restaurants, golf course, padel. Here you can also travel by train. (Train rails nearby can cause some noise) A unique gem with amazing views!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Newly renovated 2022 in contemporary style. Full equipped kitchen decorated with all the amenities that elevate your stay. The farmhouse is quiet and nestled in greenery. You will have your own garden to enjoy, of course a barbecue is also available. Here you can enjoy the forests, Båven and are close to all attractions in Sörmland. 7min walking distance to Lake Båven where you have a private jetty. Small motorboat is available to use for a fee, boat habit is required.

Cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge by lake

Unique cottage in two parts, two bedrooms with separate bathroom, as well as kitchen and lounge. Linen, cleaning and towel included. Pets are allowed in one room. The newly renovated cottage is located on our farm at Lake Bolen in Kolmårdsnatur. Guests have access to the guest dock and BBQ area, while kayaks, sup boards and dock boat can be rented. Child-friendly beach 150 m. We rent out our wood-fired sauna by the lake to guests. Hiking opportunities, mushrooms, fishing and swimming lakes nearby. 33 km to Kolmården Zoo.

Beautiful holiday house with own boat near lake!

Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Cozy cottage. Walking distance to Kolmården entrance

Cozy cottage in nice environment. Lake view from the cottage's terrace and garden. The entire plot belongs to the cottage and has a nice and undisturbed location. Kolmården Zoo entrance is a 10-minute walk in one direction and in the other direction, you will come down to a swimming area with sun deck and jetty. For the hiker there are several fine hiking trails close by. 15 min away by bus or car is Krokek's community with train station, grocery stores, pharmacies and eateries.

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.
