You have your own compact cottage, fully-equipped kitchen, beds for up to 4 adults, toilet, terrace & lake view. You also have a spa cabin with shower, wood-fired sauna, relaxation area & a wood-fired hot tub. A 150-meter walk leads to a private jetty with a sandy bottom. We have our cottage on the property, but rarely stay there during your booking, you will have everything basically to yourselves. Come out and enjoy the silence!

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guest house with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage accommodates up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely Jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and the hot tub, you can see over Sundsörsviken, Lake Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. A child-friendly beach on the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walking paths directly from the farm.

You can relax for a while in the large lovely hot tub, sunbathe and enjoy the large balcony! If you want to shop, you can drive to Katrineholm in 20 minutes or to Norrköping in 40 minutes. Close to Tisnare Canal, which is a canal on the border between Södermanland and Östergötland that connects the lakes Fjälaren, Tisnare and Tislången. Have fun with the whole family at this amazing place right by the sea and that has everything for your life cavalité. Now with a larger and newly-renovated bathroom. Heated pool and outdoor shower in the summer, hot tub that is running all year. The sea is just 200 meters away and visible from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Nice environment for walking. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed to use the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 pm, with time for an early lunch or a late morning.

Are you a group looking for a rural accommodation by Lake Mälaren, which has a private beach and large areas with all the amenities available? Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and has undergone an extensive renovation in the last year to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/marina, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.
