Welcome to Brändö, at the far end of the Östgötska archipelago. With us, you can enjoy a summer idyll on our island, with an unlimited horizon, fantastic evening sun and unspoiled nature. The accommodation is equipped with kitchen, barbecue, terrace with evening sun, bedroom with a double bed, and living room. All a stone's throw from the sea, with its own bathing cliffs. The accommodation is equipped with an outdoor shower, as well as an outdoor toilet, both directly adjacent to the house. Also, a garden shed with 2 bunk beds is available.

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the jetty, boat (3.5 hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Välkomna till vår hus med egen havstomt i Trosa skärgård. Ni har egen brygga och strand och ni kan gå Sörmlandsleden som startar ca 200 meter från huset. Huset har en härlig utedusch och endast 20 meter till bryggan och havsbad. Det finns även tillgång till fiske och båt. Finns möjlighet att nyttja följande attraktioner: Tillgång till båtplats finns. Tillgång till bastuflotte mot avgift. Tur med båt och chaufför mot avgift. Vattenskidåkning, Wakeboard och vattenring mot avgift.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

Är ni ett sällskap som söker ett lantligt boende vid Mälaren, som har privat strand och stora ytor med alla bekvämligheter tillgängliga? Villa Gurli byggdes 1912 och har det senaste året genomgått en omfattande renovering för återfå sin forna glans. Med privat brygga/båtplats finns även möjlighet att ta sig hit med båt. Boendet ligger ca 1 timme med bil från Stockholm på vackra Selaön, med närhet både till natur och rikt djurliv. Ca 15 minuter bort finns både Strängnäs och Mariefred.

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening swim in the lake, a sup trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own deck with the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe ride on the lake. In winter you can bring ice skates and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you can relax in front of the lit fireplace with a couple of warm socks, a hot cup of tea and an exciting book.

Välkomna att bo i vår pärla Skärgårdsvillan i Bröllopsviken som är ett modernt hus (byggår 2021) i två plan vid Östersjöns strand. Stor altan ner mot vattnet, 3 stora fönsterdörrar som suddar ut inne o ute. En vistelse i lugn och ro. Vi är mycket måna om att det ska råda en lugn och trivsam atmosfär på våra platser. Våra stugor och boenden är till för avkoppling och ro, planerar ni festligheter och firanden med lite högre ljudnivå, vänligen kontakta oss för mer information.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Hultaskäret

Slappna av i detta unika och enkla boende på en egen ö. Hit kommer ni om ni vill vara för er själva, paddla kanot, titta på fåglar/bävrar eller fiska. Ön saknar el och rinnande vatten så ni som vill besöka detta paradis får inte vara för bekväma. Det finns grill, gasolkök och utedass. Kanoten ingår i hyran. Ön ligger i en vik till Hjälmaren som heter frösshammarsviken och ön heter Hultaskäret. Ni kan ta er med kanot ut i stora sjön om ni vill och vädret tillåter.
