Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, near the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen for cooking and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine are in a separate building next to the cottage and adjacent to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra) and lounge area.

Take a break and unwind in this cozy cottage with modern amenities. Parts of the cottage are from the 1800s with typical charm, low ceilings and a small wood stove. Extended with kitchen and bathroom, an extra small bedroom and a sleeping loft. Located in the middle of berry and mushroom forests, close to lakes and hiking trails. There is a south-facing terrace, partly covered, where there is a sink with cold and hot water, benches and a small barbecue grill. Possibility of pool and sauna, see more under "your home".

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

Have fun with the whole family in this amazing place right by the sea and which has everything for your life's cavalcade. Heated pool and outdoor shower in summer, hot tub that is running all year round. The sea is only 200 meters away and visible from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and stove for cold days. Nice environment for walks. Certain rules and cleaning need to be followed and done at the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 p.m., with time for an early lunch or a long morning sleep.
