The accommodation consists of a residential house (3-5 people) with kitchen, pool house (4 people) with sauna and kitchenette and a smaller house with double bed (2 people). Toilets are available in all houses. Sörmland offers beautiful undulating nature and a local food culture with locally produced food.

This old cozy cottage is newly renovated, with a little bit left to do outdoors. There is now a nice new kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional bedroom with two single beds. There is a double bedroom and a living room with a fireplace. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. weeks 24-32. A guest cottage with two beds. Electric car outlet. A few hundred meters away is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here, you can find peace and quiet in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new wonderful memories.

There is a wood-burning stove, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and an upper floor with a large sleeping loft. Take a break and unwind in this cozy cottage with modern amenities. Parts of the cottage are from the 1800s with typical charm, low ceilings and a small wood stove. Extended with kitchen and bathroom, an extra small bedroom and a sleeping loft. Located in the middle of berry and mushroom forests, close to lakes and hiking trails. There is a south-facing terrace, partly covered, where there is a sink with cold and hot water, benches and a small barbecue grill. Possibility of pool and sauna, see more under "your home".

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.
