Heated pool and outdoor shower in the summer, hot tub that is running all year. The sea is just 200 meters away and visible from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Nice environment for walking. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed to use the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 pm, with time for an early lunch or a late morning.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip.
