Toilets are available in all houses. Sörmland offers beautiful undulating nature and a local food culture with locally produced food.

Electric vehicle charging station. A few hundred meters away is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip.
