My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

The calm in the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This accommodation is newly renovated, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids. The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

House next to Mälaren

Långt ut på Selaön bara någon minut från Mälaren ligger vårt 70-tals hus där vi hyr ut en del av huset. En perfekt plats för en familj med fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och TV. Huset har direkt utsikt över sjön och ligger bara en kort promenad frånbadplatsen. Utrymmet som hyrs ut ligger på bottenvåningen i ett tvåvåningshus. Det har egna dörrar och ingen intern åtkomst mellan våningarna.
