The apartment is located above a garage with its own entrance, parking included, patio available. In the kitchen there is a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Bed linen, towels are provided.

Sit back and relax in this elegant accommodation. In the middle of attractive Arkösund is this newly built apartment of 65 m2. The accommodation is architect-designed and has six beds divided into two rooms, one double room and one four-bed room. There is a fresh kitchen, equipped for easier cooking. As a guest, you have access to the boules court and wood-fired sauna as well as a private beach and jetty. Cleaning and bed linens are not included, but can be purchased if necessary. Renting the whole house can be discussed.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area, about a 12-minute walk from the Tumba commuter train station. The studio is a separate and secluded part of a villa, providing a private and comfortable feeling during the stay. By commuter train, you can reach central Stockholm in about 26 minutes, Älvsjö station in only 17 minutes (perfect for visitors to the Stockholmsmässan convention center), and the Mall of Scandinavia in about 35 minutes. Bed linens and towels are always included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 140 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This is a newly renovated one room apartment, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. It’s suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids (160 cm bed and two children (110 cm sofa bed). The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

Lugnt läge nära Edsviken, ca 5 minuters promenad till Sollentuna station där pendeltåget tar dig till Stockholm C på cirka 16 minuter. Edsviken, strandpromenader, bad, utegym, Sollentuna C, restauranger, caféer och service finns inom gångavstånd. Ett bekvämt boende för dig som söker en bas nära både natur och Stockholm city.

The calm in the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.

Boende precis intill Mälaren

Långt ut på Selaön bara någon minut från Mälaren ligger vårt 70-tals hus där vi hyr ut en del av huset. Boendet ligger i husets sutterängplan och är invändigt helt skilt från övriga huset. En perfekt plats för en familj med fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och TV. Huset har direkt utsikt över sjön och ligger bara en kort promenad frånbadplatsen. Övriga delar av huset används av oss som fritidshus.
