Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the totally renovated stables which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

This must be experienced in place. Ocean view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio . In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/d. Only 800 meters away is the port of kivik.

Welcome to beautiful Österlen and country life! Here, you can work undisturbed remotely with nature as a neighbor, finished writing the novel to beautiful sunsets or the messy company from the field's edge. At the end of the road is this Skånegården where we rent out one free standing wing. Large garden surrounded by fields, free expanses, and apple orchards. The sea with miles of beaches is a few miles away. Glimmingehus and Gunnarshögs famous rapeseed oil farm are close to neighbors.

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
