Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Simrishamn Municipality

We spent a few days in Christers place and we enjoyed it a lot. Cozy fireplace and warm Jacuzzi made a wonderful stay for us! Christer was always responsive for any requests. Would definitely recommend staying at Christers place.

Perfect accommodation for our large group. Very child friendly and cozy with walking distance to Åhus Brygga. Very good communication with Malin both before and during the stay.

Amazing place, short drive or nice walk to the town, located on a residential street with similar units on it. Great yard that opens to a big field with a playground for kids. Everything as described except washer wasn’t working - but the owners communicated this to us beforehand, tried to have it repaired, and offered to reimburse for laundromat. Wonderful natural light and beautifully furnished and decorated.The pictures actually don’t do justice to how nice the place is.

Nice and homely. Cozy with bonfire and hot tub. The kids enjoyed the open space to run on. Lovely surroundings. James was friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing home. We had lots of fun there. The Hot bubble bath / jacuzzi was amazing. We used it every single day of our stay. But it would have been good to know what are the things that we are needed to carry before visiting the place, for example we had to go and buy our own coffee. Overall no complains at all. Infact we have already recommended this place many of our friends and colleagues.

Very nice house with lots of activities for kids! Lots of games, toys and books. Perfect. Nice location and with the bikes in the house, easy to get around. 5 min on bike to the beach. Can really recommend this place!

We had a really wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is peacefully overlooking the forest and the sound of the sea in the background – and with several cozy spots outside where you can enjoy everything. The terrace is a highlight, just as the location of the spa close to both bathroom and entrance is really convenient. The house itself is tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lighting both outside and inside. However, you should be aware of the sleeping conditions: There are two bedrooms with double beds, four beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. The third bedroom is outside the house itself – but under the terrace, so you can walk the dry shoes between room and house, but you just have to wear shoes. For us, with teenagers, it worked perfectly and it also works fine if you're three couples, so there's some privacy for everyone. Great and responsive host who ensured everything was smooth. All in all a really nice place and super host that we can highly recommend

Kims place is extremely quiet and is a perfect place to go to if you want to relax and be surrounded by nature and the sea. Kim was extremely proactive and responded immediately to any queries or questions we had. The garden is well equipped with wood for the hot tub and bbq, along with activities like darts, pickle ball, football and many more. The house is in good condition and the pool table was one of our many highlights. I would highly recommend.

The property is even more beautiful in person – peaceful, private, and perfect for families or a group of friends. The outdoor space was a dream, especially during the evenings when we watched the stunning sunset every night – truly magical. There’s so much room to play and relax. Our family loved spending time outside playing badminton, kubb, boule, and croquet – there was something for everyone! The hot tub, pool, and sauna were a massive highlight – clean, relaxing, and ideal for unwinding together after a fun day outdoors. It felt like having our own private spa retreat. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and memorable. We honestly didn’t want to leave – and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to disconnect, recharge, and make amazing memories.

We had really great vacation at Linus‘ cottage! The surrounding is perfect to calm down and reengergize. Linus is a nice Host and is very supportive of you have questions. Thanks for having us, we would love to come again!

Olaf was a great host and his place was really very beautiful and had lots of facilities. The route there was very nice and easily accessible too. if you love nature and want to relax this is the right place. We love it and planning to come back again in the summer .

We were two couples of friends who were at the cottage for a week. We decorated so that we had separate ends of the house. Good with two toilets. And with the extra outdoor shower, one couple could have the bathroom to themselves, while the other couple had the small guest toilet and outdoor shower. Nicely decorated living room with plenty of room for both sofa and dining table. In addition, good outdoor terraces and outdoor furniture. And also a lovely conservatory. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet Swedish fir forest. Close to water and beach and nice hikes in the area. As Danes, didn't have the opportunity to use the local self-service shop as it required a Swedish personal number. Shopping opportunities about 8 km away. A lovely stay at Janet's cottage. Good contact and communication with Janet. Can recommend her place.

Lovely cabin in the woods, great place to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed at the cabin and the setting is just beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Sebastian's cottage is really well located, surrounded by nature. After beautiful excursions in this area, it was nice to come back to the tranquility every day. There is everything you need and even beyond. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back sometime.

We had a wonderful 4 days at the property. Petra is a great host, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our two children were happy and satisfied. We had great evenings. And we will definitely be happy to come back. Thus, we highly recommend the accommodation.

I stayed at Monica's cottage for a weekend with my boyfriend, my father-in-law, and our little dog. Monica was hugely sweet and helpful, and always responded quickly before and after our stay. We felt very welcome in the house. The house was really cozy and it felt relaxing and homey. Outside, there were plenty of small cozy nooks to choose from where the sun shone. The area was hugely scenic and quiet-and just what we had hoped for and needed. We enjoyed the wood-burning stove inside and the wilderness bath/hot tub outside - and it was absolutely amazing. Within 30 minutes drive there are cozy towns - Kivik and Åhus. I would recommend the home to others at any time, who need to get away from the big city and enjoy nature and tranquility.
