Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Old School. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is bike and walking distance into Simrishamn.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Unspoiled gem in beautiful Österlen, Baskemölla

Attic apartment (38 sqm) on beautiful Skånegård outside Baskemölla, Österlen. Secluded with forest and meadow all around. About 30 minutes walk to the sea and sandy beach. Quiet and peaceful with wonderful nature. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2, kitchen, bathroom, private entrance and patio. Free parking. Wifi included. Rent a bed sheet set: SEK 200 and a towel set: SEK 200. Here, there is wonderful nature close by, but still close to beaches, cozy cafés and restaurants. Cleaning SEK 600 or clean yourself.

Here you stay in a beautiful 20's house with proximity to Österlen's full range of beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the neighborhood next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony (sun most of the day - south/west).

Access to fenced garden (which may contain dog that is only let out if you are OK with it) with a patio. 50 meters from the bus stop. 4 km from beach o ICA. 2,5 stairs upp. Pets welcome (But do not let loose in the garden without prior notice). On the other floors of the house there is an office and a young couple with a friendly greyhoundhane. Access to 9 kW charging box for electric car.

Coffee is included! There's also a pretty garden with grill and dining area. Close proximity to grocery store as well as bus stop, taking you to Ystad and Simrishamn respectively. Close to; Ales Stenar (Kåseberga), Dag Hammarskjöld's Backåkra and not to mention beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

Tulipa Guesthouse ligger i den lilla byn Simris och är det perfekta boendet för dig som vill besöka vackra Österlen. Du har cirka 2,5 km till Simrishamns järnvägsstation och centrum och ca 2-3 km till havet. Du kan göra utflykter och besöka små pittoreska byar,gårdsbutiker ,loppisar, och kultur evenemang och det finns många bra restauranger på Österlen med god mat. Havet med sina fina långa sandstränder och det vackra landskapet omkring gör Österlen till ett av Sveriges mest älskade resmål.

Simple apartment in farm house with sea view. Just a 5 min walk from nature reserve Stenshuvuds north entrance. Very simple but has what you need for a short, active stay. There is one proper bedroom and two extra beds in the simple living room with kitchenette (pic on the way). Both sleeping spaces have separate doors to the corridor with bathroom. The whole flat has a great sea view. The garden has table and chairs for outside meals with morning sun and sea view. Great space for dogs.
