Our ship's house, from 1855, is located in Kivik's old picturesque fishing village, 100 meters from the sea. In 2019, a modern guest apartment, approx. 60 m2, with preserved charm in one part of the house, entrance Strandridarevägen 5. In the apartment there are 4-5 beds, mini kitchen, dining area, sofa group and bathroom. We live in the other part of the house, entrance Greve Pipers väg 14. It is close to everything on Kivik: the sea, restaurants, cafes and ICA. Also close to activities, sights and beautiful nature in Kivik and in Österlen.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you will live in one of two apartments, with its own garden, in a crosstalk with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilltop landscapes. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a vibrant village. Within 20 km radius, for example, you reach Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close is to wonderful beaches, amazing scenery, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale stenar and Ystad. Business in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and an ATM store in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn in one direction and Tomelilla and Lund in the other direction. 30 minutes by car to Ystad.

A cosy apartment in farmhouse, Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private separate patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated during the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.
