The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Our bright, beautiful two-story apartment located in the heart of Simrishamn’s old town. It's a charming setting, by the sea, the marina, and the town center. It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Artist lodge close to the sea

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.
