Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Close to Stenshuvet National Park, Mandelmann's gardens and two amazing golf courses. A minute walk to beach and harbor but also to bus stop with good transport links to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.

Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. Quiet and beautiful accommodation on the border of Stenshuvud National Park. A spacious house for a couple, or a single traveller. Large bedroom, bright living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and sauna. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.
