The cottage with its glass veranda, patios and garden is located in the edge of the forest overlooking meadow landscapes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, an oven and a fridge. Soapstone fireplace in the living room. Laundry in the basement. Bedding, linens and towels are included. Forest trails with berries and chanterelle picking. Cleaning is not included, but can be booked as an extra. Note: From November, it is only possible to stay in one of the bedrooms. 2 adults and 2 children. On cold days, you sleep downstairs in the living room.

The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Modern and cozy accommodation in a bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, paddle tennis court, swimming area and playground. In the house, there are 4 beds distributed in 2 larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds were purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

Old school in Vik

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

The nearest neighbors are 100 meters away, so the house is very private. The patio is private and perfect for children and animals to move freely without risking running out on the road. The farm is surrounded by fields that give an open and bright feeling. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so well known for.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors.
