Even so, the district is full of life with active farmer just next door and busy country road, 3 km to the nearest village (Smedstorp). Here you enjoy in the hammocks under the chestnut and in the evening sun at the large dining table on the patio with room for about 12 people. Wander straight into the deciduous forests and the nature reserve of Listarumåsen on the farmless trail, just a few hundred meters from the house. Welcome to our paradise!

Unique accommodation under a thatched roof, pool and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

The pool is normally kept open from mid-June to late August and then maintains a temperature of just over 25 degrees The guest house is located in beautiful Skillinge on the Österlen coast about 600 meters from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to swimming docks and beaches. Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.

With the best location on Österlen you could easily discover everything around and find your golden grains. The house is a classic nineteenth-century cave, but with plenty of charm. The house includes about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of space for socializing both inside and out. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammer where there is a sandy beach.

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this home with a spa feel. The accommodation has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The sea is only a 2-minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.
