There is room for eight people in three bedrooms, one of which is in the guest house (which also has its own bathroom with washing machine). This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Here in the heart of Österlen, we have found our paradise on earth; with a wonderful pool, views and a place to socialize. With the best location in Österlen, you can easily discover everything around and find your own hidden gems. The house is a classic Skånelänga from the 19th century but plenty of charm. The house comprises about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of room for socializing both indoors and outdoors. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammar where there is a sandy beach.

It will not be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.
