Great place in a perfect beach location!

Very cozy, very nicely furnished summer cottage right by the sea in the second row. You can be at the sea in 30 seconds and on wide sandy beaches in 3 minutes. Kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens were there. We found the description of the striking situation a little misleading: There is actually only one real, lockable bedroom with two single beds. The other sleeping arrangements are cozy, BUT not in separate rooms. Our double bed was in the passage right next to the kitchen, our son slept at the top of the gallery in the living room and therefore did not have his own room as a retreat. We had imagined this differently, was ok for us as a family, but with friends I would not find this situation so pleasant.

A place to be. We loved it and our dog too. Great location near the ocean. Perfect for your holidays. We felt home and can truly recommend this house.

We were in Anna's house for the second time, we liked the house and the area so much. At night you can hear the sea and during the day you can build wonderful sandcastles. Anna is super nice and was also able to help us with a small medical problem. If there weren't so many other great places in Sweden, we'd keep coming back. ;) Thank you, dear Anna!

A fantastic house with large areas. There is a lot to discover. Feels cozy to be there. The porch is swimming in the evening sun which we enjoyed to the fullest. The house is located a stone's throw from both Ica and popular cafe/lunch place/bakery and gas station. In the village there is an outdoor bath. Very beautiful nature and you can quickly get to the amazing seaside baths. We enjoyed it very much.

Cozy big summer home! Room for many. Close to the sea. Nice different outdoor corners. We quickly felt at home. Simple and straightforward! Good and easy communication with Jan Erik both before, during the stay and afterwards. We would love to come back.

There were four of us there for four days in August. The apartment is located right on the beach (great) and you can see the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Joacim gave us excellent instructions for check-in, so it was easy to get into the apartment via the code lock. The apartment is very well equipped, also in the kitchen. We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Daniel is a great host and we felt right at home. The area invites you to stroll or simply relax. We were there in early June and the water was still too cold to go in, so there wasn't too much going on and it was very private. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will definitely come back. :)

Perfect accommodation for our large group. Very child friendly and cozy with walking distance to Åhus Brygga. Very good communication with Malin both before and during the stay.

We had a nice and relaxing Easter at Marie's wonderful apartment. We felt like at home right away as it was our second Easter that we rent the apartment. Peaceful view of the beach and sea, wonderful nature and the apartment is in top condition! Can highly recommend this home.

We had a great time in this lovely summerhouse with great location. Just a short walk to the beach wich was not crouded at all during our stay! The swimmingpool was our daughters favorite! We would come back for sure 😀

Johan was a very nice host, responded quickly to messages and gave a nice welcome. The house was exactly as we expected! Unfortunately, our stay was shorter than expected due to illness, but hope to come back soon! 😊

This was a really great AirBnB experience! It was an absolutely pleasure to stay for a week in this beautiful beach house, which is just a stone throw away from the beach. It's an absolute gem, nicely furnished and super clean. Our kids loved the garden and the sundeck. The communication with Novasol and the owner Lotta was very easy. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely come back whenever we are back in Borrby. Thanks again for your hospitality, Lotta!

We spend two weeks in Solgården. Everything you need is there, unlike in other holiday homes, where sometimes only 4 plates and 1 dishwasher tablet are available. Olof even got our 2 year old daughter a bicycle seat, installed a stair gate and hung a swing in the garden. The house is incredibly comfortable and very tastefully and lovingly furnished. There are a lot of games and puzzles available! In the garden you can find many different places to relax. The location of the house is perfect, just down the hill and you are on the beach, which is also very suitable for small children. There is a mini golf course and various restaurants within walking distance. Olof was always available during our stay should any questions arise. He is a very friendly and helpful person! It was a real privilege to spend time in this beautiful summer house and we were very sad to leave :')

We were warmly welcomed by Madlen and got a tour with instructions through the cottage. The cottage is super nice in the woods by the Sea (really 1 min) beautiful beaches cozy area a very nice base to discover the south of Sweden We found the cottage even more beautiful in person than in the photos a very cozy fresh family beach house with guesthouse, a lovely conservatory and beautiful garden very suitable for families with children. Everything is present, you really don't have to bring anything from games to a cooler. Everything has been thought of We had a lovely time ☀️

A very well maintained, beautifully equipped cottage, nothing is missing, everything is available. Very nicely located with beautiful very nearby beach. Highly recommended especially for families with children, also the beach is highly recommended for children from small to large. We had a wonderful time here and nothing was missing. Thanks for the wonderful time we were allowed to spend here.

Very cozy and nice accommodation with great surroundings. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed for our 3 days were in place.

Exceptionally clean and fresh, has all the appropriate amenities for cooking and a pleasant stay. Beautiful location right by the sea and a great starting point for taking a walk, ride bicycles or exploring the area. Our host Joseph has been very friendly and helpful in his communication. Couldn’t ask for more and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to explore Österlen!

We had an amazing Easter break at this beautiful retreat in Österlen. The house was simple yet exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and recently modernized with great attention to detail. We especially loved the peaceful garden, complete with a sunlit garden house - perfect for relaxing during the day. Evenings were magical, spent cozying up by the fireplace. The location offered true tranquility in nature while being close to stunning beaches, local artists’ studios, and fantastic culinary spots. The host was incredibly friendly, super responsive, and impressively flexible, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and explore the charm of Österlen. Highly recommended!
