A total of 8 sleeping places divided into 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and open plan living room. The accommodation is 120 sqm divided into two floors with associated private patio with barbecue. Walking distance to Örum 119 with bakery, ice cream and stone oven baked pizza, Örums Nygård restaurant. 10 km from Sweden's most beautiful beach Sandhammaren. 20 km from Ystad and Simrishamn.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik, Österlen

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Little house at Österlen!

"Lilla Huset" is a separate accommodation of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, dining area and kitchen with oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and underfloor heating. The house is only 1 km away from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. Backagården has a restaurant and cafe nearby. Kåseberga and Ales rocks are 2 km away, and it is 4 km to Daghammarskölds Backåkra, Hagestads nature reserve with miles of sandy beaches. Glimminge house is also a sight in area among many other things.

In Gladsax Herrgård there is now an opportunity to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a stunningly beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior was created by interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Small guesthouse in Kivik

Our newly built little guest house is located in a villa area with walking distance to food store, restaurants, cafe and the sea. The location is perfect for those of you who want to explore Österlen's beautiful nature and all other nice excursions. Bus stop is a few minutes away for those of you who want to visit Simrishamn or Kristianstad.

Rural idyll Grevlunda Backar

High in Grevlunda slopes with wonderful views of meadows and Hanöbukten that glimpses on the horizon, is our Attefallshus on a large scenic plot, a little secluded from our summer house. You're in a rural idyll. Nearby, there are lovely excursions, such as beaches, hiking trails, flea markets and a diversity of cozy cafes and restaurants.
