Bright two-room apartment with beautiful views of the imposing Langkofel, the Sella Group and the Cirspitzen, in a sunny location, away from all the hustle and bustle; nevertheless, the town center can be reached in just a few minutes. In winter, the ski bus stop is only a few meters away and in no time you are in the ski carousel. Children can romp around freely, as no road leads past the house. On the contrary, a hiking trail, the so-called "Via Crucis," begins right outside the front door.

It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area.
