Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. Our apartment is located in the quiet village of St. Magdalena and offers magnificent views of the Geisslerspitzen, which are a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and is simply and lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to linger. The apartment has a garage. The Villnössertal is very well served by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area.
