The bathroom with shower and window is tiled, the rest of the apartment has rustic wooden parquet. The apartment with 65 square meters is located on the first floor of a two-family house. Parking is available. Just arrive and feel good.

In the surrounding area there are many opportunities for cycling, diving, hiking, fishing and water sports in the nearby lakes. 10 minutes by car to Lake Steinberg, 18 minutes by car to Lake Murn. Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
