They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Parking is available. Just arrive and feel good.

Small apartment for two people. It is located on the ground floor and has a parking space in front of the apartment. Self check-in with key box on the front door. Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

Gebaut wurde dieses Chalet, wie alle unsere Kategorien, unter Nutzung nachhaltiger Baustoffe und in einer ressourcenschonenden Bauweise.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
