The spacious terrace, the bathtub (for an extra charge), as well as the cleverly designed outdoor area, guarantee relaxing evenings, as well as relaxing afternoons after a swimming excursion at the lake. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
