I personally love this cute flat. it is suitable for a couple with or without a child. Very central but quiet location, walking distance to the groceries, shops and restaurants. 2 min drive to the main train station. 6min from Autobahn Schwandorf Mitte. There is one queen size bed and a small single bed in an extra small room. Enjoy your stay! No pets of any kind allowed.

The bathroom with shower and window is tiled, the rest of the apartment has rustic wooden parquet. The apartment with 65 square meters is located on the first floor of a two-family house. Parking is available. Just arrive and feel good.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
