Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

The house has been converted into a vacation home and also a seminar house for yoga and similar events. It is quiet and tranquil to live indoors and outdoors. The rural surroundings invite you to walk, hike, bike, and go on excursions. Since December 2022, it has been possible to use a separate outdoor sauna for a fee, on request.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
