Our experience was super good. Everything was in order and clean. The accommodation is pleasant and comfortable. We felt at home.

The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

Had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the dedicated parking was a big plus. The place was relaxing, very clean and nice.. also, Jose was always super quick to respond and assist if anything. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I get the chance.

Jose’s place was great! Located in the nice quiet suburbs of San Juan, yet not far from restaurants, beaches. Check in was a breeze, so was parking. Plenty of street parking available. Of course the a/c & hot water is always a plus. Closet was spacious enough to put away our luggage to not clutter the place. All in all, I would stay at Jose’s place again if given the chance!

100% recommend. Peaceful and quiet place To come back to after a long day out. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Would stay again if I ever come back to visit.

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

One of the best places to stay in San Juan. The secure location of this airbnb, super-clean house, and perfect communication of the host makes this the best place to stay. I will revisit this place if I were to stay at SJ.

The apartment was totally comfortable, there were 4 of us and we felt comfortable. It met our expectations upon arrival. We are definitely considering coming back.

Beautiful room and bathroom perfect for a couple, had a tv, no stove but a little stove which worked great for simple dinners, it was kinda of far from everything (15-10 mins max ) quiet peaceful

We loved our stay! Very easy for us and ubers to find. Airbnb was very clean. Hosts were so accommodating in letting us check in early and check out late due to flight times. Would totally stay here again!

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Amazing place to stay and fantastic host!! She was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The place was clean and the perfect location. The area is safe and walkable. It’s close to the beach and next to so many great restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Coral’s place was as pictured on the listing and more. The place is spacious enough for two people and the amenities were as described on the listing. The view overlooking Isla Verde and beach was amazingly beautiful. The host was very responsive and available if needed. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
