The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out, Arturo communicated with us every step of the way, providing us with very clear instructions on how to access the condo, activity recommendations, even where to find essentials at the local grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and incredibly secure, with 24/7 security. It met all of our needs and matches the pictures exactly. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again, I'll absolutely check for availability here. Thank you Arturo for making our first trip that much more enjoyable!

I really enjoyed my stay at Brenda's place. She had everything that I needed including beach chairs and beach towels. The gift basket was also very generous! Highly recommend!
