Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Juan

my husband and I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in easy. The videos that were sent prior to arrival were extremely helpful to find the airbnb. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for exploring Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Cute little romantic spot. Good for couples. Fast response time and always checking in making sure we felt safe and were enjoying ourselves. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico

The place is exactly as it is in the photo. It has a great view. It's in the best area. Everything you need is around pharmacy , restaurant , bar, beach 3min away . I felt super safe and it’s super clean.

France’s place is great it’s near everything and very clean and it had all the essentials. She was also very responsive with our queries. We unfortunately arrived when the island had an unexpected blackout and we didn’t know what was happening Frances kept us updated on the situation and even offered to help if we didn’t want to stay. We decided to tough it out for the day and the power returned the following evening. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Frances’ accommodation and recommendations.

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

BEST LOCATION!! You want to stay at this apartment right in the best streets of Old San Juan, walkable and just a few minutes drive from Condado and Isla Verde. Balcony with ocean view and located in a dead end street for privacy. Apartment is equipped with everyhting you need for your stay. Very responsive and helpful host.

The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

Great home near lots of restaurants and beach. Checking in was super smooth and the hosts were great at communicating with us! The place is just as pictured.

Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Highly recommended!! we would definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured and very secure. Great beach, pool and amenities. And close to airport and some fine restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10
