The apartment was easy to find and very secure. The area of town it was located in was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch It had high-end finishes in the kitchen as well as a beautiful bathroom And was still able to give the old world charm feel when you stayed there I would recommend 100%

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Eileen’s studio apartment. The place is beautifully decorated, very clean, and peaceful. This place is in the heart of Puerto Rico and will allow you to truly experience the local culture and vibes. There are amazing coffee shops, breakfast places and even a botanical garden all walking distance from the complex. Parking is the only issue as there is really no street parking. However, there is a covered parking garage. The charge is three dollars per hour or $40 per day and is located less than three minutes walking distance from the home. We will definitely stay here again, and we recommend it to all our friends and family. Thank you, Eileen for being so responsive and proactive and sharing your beautiful home with us.

Julio is a great host. Was extremely responsive and empathetic. My flight got delayed and he was able to accommodate me by extending my checkout time. Would definitely recommend an book in the future.

Sergio’s place was a charming little guest house in San Juan. From the detailed explanation of check in, a designated parking spot, comfortable bed and sofa bed, the place was full of charm. What stood out the most was how quick Sergio was to communicate and ensure that I had the best stay possible. Do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb for your visit to San Juan!

Ocean front property is exactly how it looks in photos. Stunning view of the ocean. Very walkable to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night despite being a lively area during the day. Air conditioning is ice cold which is very helpful. She provided beach chairs which was a nice touch. Would stay here again!

Pmi's rental is very beautiful, clean, and new. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking if you plan to cook. Pmi's communication was great and helpful. I couldn't book Pmi place for my entire trip so I had to book another unit in the same building, and was rather disappointed in every aspect. So grab this place while you can.

This Airbnb was an incredible place to stay, offering a breathtaking view that made each moment unforgettable. The atmosphere was both safe and inviting, creating a cozy retreat where I felt completely at ease. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect ten out of ten recommendation! Everything I needed was conveniently located nearby, making my experience even more enjoyable. I truly loved every aspect of my stay here.

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location is very central in San Juan. We slept very comfortably at Manuel’s place, it’s super cute we loved having our little coffee in our private entrance! Great place to rest after a long day visiting Old San Juan!

All I can say, is this place is perfect! We had such a great time especially since the apartment is right on the beach. You can rent a chair and umbrella and chill all day! the Airbnb is clearly new and remodeled. I recommend for future tourist to attend. Any questions I had she would respond quickly. Will be back soon!!

I can't speak highly enough about my stay here. Owners were helpful and responsive at all times.The apartment was spotless and matched the description accurately.I stayed in Condado before and was delighted to see I could walk their easily. I felt safe at all times, even at night time. Loads of great restaurants and bars around Caille Loiza also. Beach was minutes away, with 2 stand out eateries on the way.I read reviews before I booked about noise levels, I stayed there 9 nights and never had any problems until very late on the last night, the next door neighbours decided to show a lack of respect shouting loud and laughing on their balcony. Hardly the owners fault, just human beings being disrespectful next door. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would have no hesitation staying here again. It did "exactly what it said on the tin" and a good value for money stay. The only thing I would recommend for the owners is to invest in an Ironing board!! This gets a big 👍

This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!

Brenda’s place was a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly the same as the photos. Brenda left very clear instructions to get to the building, it’s a little tricky to find at first, and she was always responsive to any and all questions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Juan with walkable access to the T-Mobile Center and a quick 5 minute drive to Old San Juan, look no further.

You can't beat the location of Joel's place if you want to explore Carolina and be just steps from the beach. We only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed. Cool, quiet, and safe—it was the perfect place to end our time in Puerto Rico. Tip for light sleepers: I always travel with a sleep mask and noise-canceling headphones, and they came in handy with the early morning sun and aiport departures. Not a reflection of the host—just a personal travel must-have.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

The host was by far one of the best host I had using air bnb, the host was very actively responsive, very accommodating and had great hospitality. The place was affordable, clean and in a convenient location. Neighbors were friendly. I love how one of the neighbors a few houses down had fresh coconuts that had delicious water inside 😋. I give the host a 5 ⭐. I will be back !

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

This place was wonderful. It was right outside the city. Peaceful and quite. We had a great time and will always recommend to the rest of family and friends.

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !
