Beachfront vacation rentals in San Juan

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Yayra’s apartment was really nice in old San Juan. It was in a good location and in walking distance to many things. Yayra also made sure to check in and see how things were going which was really nice

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This was the second time I stayed and I will certainly be back. The location is central and convenient. The views are breathtaking. The apartment feels like home. I was even able to wash my clothes before returning home which was very convenient. I was there to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and it did not disappoint one bit.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Amazing views, walkable restaurants & Ubers were super easy to find for the most part. Beach chairs and boogie boards were provided which was good so all we needed to pay for was an umbrella when we went to the beach. The bed was huge and really comfy. Overall an amazing vacation for any occasion.

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s Isla Verde condo. They provided great information for our stay as well as had all the beach/pool items to make our stay hassle free. Puerto Rico stole our hearts. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean in the middle of the Condado beach area which has all sorts of food to choose from. If you are wondering whether to book this place you will not regret it. Meilyn was very kind, responsive and helpful during our stay, we look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay here, the place was super clean and was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Being right next to the ocean and waking up to that nice view was lovely! What really stood out is how responsive the hosts were, we had a few questions throughout our stay and they answered super quickly each time and were very friendly.

I am very happy I booked this unit. It was centrally located and very walkable to bars/restaurants. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and the host was amazing. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and very esthetic. I will be staying there again

This place is a gem! If you're looking for an authentic Viejo San Juan experience, this apartment is perfect. It's beautifully designed with stunning architectural details—arched doorways, wooden doors, and thoughtful decor throughout. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care went into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Old San Juan and within walking distance to everything: historic sites, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. There’s a great coffee shop and a rooftop bar just around the corner, and Calle San Sebastián is only a couple of minutes away featuring restaurants and great nightlife. The hosts were amazing—very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with both stairs and an elevator. Highly recommend staying here if you want the full San Juan experience!

Sara was awesome and her place was the perfect place to stay in. It’s close by to everything in Old San Juan. She provides great recommendations and is also super accommodating. I was very pleased with the spaciousness and aesthetic of the living room (mainly due to the high ceilings and minimalistic art and furniture). Beware of very steep stairs within the unit, although it added to the charm of her place! As long as you don’t have any injuries, this will just be a quick little workout after eating all the delicious food nearby! There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer which is a HUGE bonus for me while traveling. The space felt very peaceful and I’d love to stay here again. As far as quietness at night, it was completely peaceful to sleep like a baby through the night. Definitely stay here for your next time in Old San Juan.

Such an amazing stay and amazing home! The garden was everything! Michael was very fast with responding to my questions and gave a lot of good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again it was an amazing time and very very close to so many food spots and activities you can do!
