Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious 1,250 thread count cotton bed sheets, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!
