Amazing apartment and even more amazing hosts. The apartment is super cozy and clean! I felt right at home. It is very central to all the fun nightlife in Viejo San Juan, yet still quiet enough when you enter that it makes for a great balance. Shara was very responsive and friendly to talk with. 10/10 and I recommend for any stays in Viejo San Juan!

Had a wonderful stay at Zoe's! The unit is beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. You're a short walk from all sorts of great restaurants and bars, as well as just a couple blocks from the beach. Really appreciated how responsive and accommodating Zoe was. Also, she provides a number of restaurant recommendations we definitely endorse. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of four (including a 9 year old and a 6 year old) spent spring break in Puerto Rico, and this was the perfect home base! The condo was centrally located and impeccably maintained with beautiful views of the city.

Great! Loved the location— right on the beach, quiet, great for vacation. The common space got great use and the unit was very accommodating to our large group. Would recommend!

Manuela is very responsive, quickly to get back, place was very clean, easy access to beach, restaurants, and tour the san juan area. Don’t need to bring extra weight in your luggages, Walmart, Walgreens and shopping mall minutes away. Thank you Manuela.

It was worth it ! Found it last minute and it was a great deal! It was absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach. A quick walk across the bridge and restaurants all nearby. It was a cute and quaint place . I’m definetly coming back and staying here !

Our group of 6 loved staying here. Cyrus was a wonderful host who was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to leave our bags early which really took a load off since the sidewalks are so tight in OSJ. The home was stunning and the large amount of space allowed us to really spread out across different rooms and still maintain a sense of privacy from each other. The stairs to get in were a bit exhausting after a long day, but being able to go to the terrace and look out onto the water, or relax in the reading nook on the other terrace made up for it tenfold. I’m so glad we made the choice to stay here for our first trip to Puerto Rico.

The location is absolutely perfect. Clad is very nice and responsive. The place is huge. The only downside is the shower water doesn’t get very hot. Other than that, it was perfect.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! There are many things to do in the area, and we enjoyed how close we were to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here and we would book again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host is super responsive! I traveled alone and felt safe at all time especially in the building! Security are friendly and helpful!! The loft was clean and provided all you’d need for a comfy stay! The view was beautiful and it matches the pictures! The location, spectacular! The beach was across the street and several restaurants, boutiques and health mart, I recommend la hacienda for coffee, they also have rose, wine, snacks, delicious sandwiches, and a they also have really good cilantro chicken salad. I would and plan on staying here again!

The space is not only super comfortable but also impeccably clean and safe, making it the perfect spot for a great getaway. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to “La Placita” for vibrant nightlife and surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants. It’s also a quick drive to the historic charm of Old San Juan, making it easy to explore the area. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the linens and towels were soft and luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The inclusion of a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus, especially in an area where parking is so rare! This place truly lacks nothing – every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Everything was as described in the listing and pictures. Great location, right across the street from the beach. Loved the beach chairs and bogey board! Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This stay was absolutely the best Airbnb that I have stayed at. It was our first time visiting PR. My daughter and I did not want to leave. My 7 year old was sad to leave this Airbnb calling it “ her home” . This place was so close to everything! Very clean , very safe , parking was so easy. 10 stars! I was sad to see that this place was already booked so fast. I am returning tomorrow with my parents. I hope our Airbnb is going to be amazing like Gerardo’s place. Just stop looking and book! You will not regret staying here! The view is amazing . I loved looking at the glow kayaks lol my daughter and I reserved the kayaks the night before we left, super fun experience. Again stop looking and book! This place was awesome! Smelled good! Ac was great’ beds are so comfy. Place was quiet . We felt right at home.

This place was great. Beautifully furnished with lots of great decorations. Everything was described as it was and also pictures did the same. Very clean and welcoming and would definitely go back. The host was great, called to make sure everything was Ok with check in and was very responsive with messaging. I would highly recommend this place when staying in Old San Juan. Great location.
