Vacation rentals with beach access in San Juan

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean in the middle of the Condado beach area which has all sorts of food to choose from. If you are wondering whether to book this place you will not regret it. Meilyn was very kind, responsive and helpful during our stay, we look forward to coming back.

France’s place is great it’s near everything and very clean and it had all the essentials. She was also very responsive with our queries. We unfortunately arrived when the island had an unexpected blackout and we didn’t know what was happening Frances kept us updated on the situation and even offered to help if we didn’t want to stay. We decided to tough it out for the day and the power returned the following evening. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Frances’ accommodation and recommendations.

Excellent arrangements and a beautiful view.

The place was perfect for me and my husband. it was spacious and the view was to die for. awesome views in the morning and sitting on the deck at night u can hear the ocean. loved it. didn't rent car since we have been in PR before and wanted to lay back a little. close to bars, food and casino. Uber not too expensive to see places. would definitely come back to Chloe place.

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!

Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

Studio was just as described and ready on time. Location couldn’t have been better! Will definitely be booking again!

Expert long-term rental hosts! I stayed for almost 4 months and I have to say, this was by far the best long-term rental I've ever had. I work remotely doing video consults, and I work hard, so a comfortable, well-connected space is my priority. Sophie and Jonathon went WAY above and beyond to ensure I had that. They are the most responsive and accommodating hosts, ever! The space is comfy, within walking distance to amazing restaurants, night life, and beaches. They have it stocked with appliances and everything you'd need for vacation or living here. They connected me with cleaning services, community resources, and had me feeling so safe and secure my entire stay! 100% recommend, especially if you're looking for a long-term rental.

Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

The house is closed to everything. Literally in the middle of old San Juan. Allison and Steven were very attentive. The AC, hot water, the smell of the house and all was 10/10.

Would definitely recommend booking this place looks exactly like the photos but even better once you arrive and are inside!!

Just as pictured and very secure. Great beach, pool and amenities. And close to airport and some fine restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

Great place to stay in the heart of old San Juan

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

Yvette’s was very responsive and proactive with checking in on our stay. My husband and I stayed at Yvette’s studio for a quick get away for the weekend. The location was perfect for a relaxing get away. The beach was literally 250ft from the studio. Yvette accommodation comes with beach chairs and a cooler to bring on the beach. I can’t leave out that there is a stand on the beach where you can get Pina coladas to enjoy as you lounge in the chairs. Lastly the location is close to many restaurants and is very relaxing. I would stay at Yvette’s location again if I visited the area.
