Kensington is a quaint, palm tree-lined, historical & walkable village. The 2 room garden suite is a 3-minute walk to shops, coffee spots, restaurants, an organic grocery and wine bars. Downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, multiple beaches, San Diego Zoo, etc are all an easy 10-15 min. drive away! Quick 10 minute Uber Ride to downtown Gaslamp nightlife, the Zoo, Petco Park, etc. Take your pick of numerous gleaming beaches a quick, straight 15-20 minute ride away. Trolley Stop Close (5 min drive), Bus stop at end of street. Immediate freeway access. Near literally everything. Kensington rocks! Central to ALL- 10 min. to Downtown, convention center, Gaslamp, airport, Beaches (20 minutes) REALLY close to SDSU (10 min. max), 20 min from University of San Diego. Immediate freeway access and 5 minutes from Trolley station. Bus stop at end of street. VERY short Uber ride ANYWHERE!

Two Master Suites One Mile from the Beach

The Hideout is a fantastic home to relax in. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze by opening the windows. Do yoga or relax out on the patio. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the peek-a-boo ocean view from the balcony. If you want to get your daily 10k steps in, it’s just a 1 mile walk to the ocean, cafes, shops, restaurants and breweries. The Hideout is also Vegan friendly (no leather or goose down) This home is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, PETS, OR PARTIES. It's an upstairs unit and perfect for people with pet allergies! Owners live on the property NOTE: there's NO A/C & 1 dedicated parking space. The Hideout is a non smoking unit entirely upstairs. Not suitable for children or pets. The house is small.
