The most amazing, friendly, and gracious hosts! Ryan and Nicole made us feel so welcome—we felt right at home. The space was beautifully curated, which made it incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, such as a coffee machine with pods, a hairdryer, and an iron, along with a mini snack tray thoughtfully prepared by the hosts. There was plenty of street parking, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. 10/10! Honestly, the best hosts I’ve ever met—they’re amazing people!

We stayed here for a friends wedding weekend and loved exploring South Park. Was so cozy and just what we needed!

Ms. Stephanie is awesome! If there’s someone I would want to host for my vacation stay all the time, it would be her! There were unforeseen circumstances during our stay but Stephanie was very understanding and accommodating to multiple requests and favors I asked. My daughter had also left her purse in the property after we checked out, and Stephanie responded immediately to confirm that she found it and secured it. That gesture shows how much the host cares for her guests. Stephanie’s place is also highly recommended! How it is described on Airbnb is exactly how it is. A plus factor on the property is this big beautiful lemon tree with hundreds of lemon fruits in it. I am so amazed that I took a lot of photos of it.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

Melissa’s place was super cute and a great place for my fiancé and I. Had all the amenities you would need and was in a quiet neighborhood with easy and accessible parking. It’s about a 1.5-2 mile hilly walk to the beach/Ocean Beach/restaurant area so I wouldn’t say it’s in a super walkable neighborhood but we had a rental car so it was easy for us to get around. Melissa’s guide book was amazing and we went to several of the recommended spots. This would be a great choice if you’re wanting to explore lots of areas of San Diego as it is centrally located and close proximity to highways.

Jonathan's guest suite is a cute little, comfortable place to stay in. A lot of walkable places to try out and a close drive to other places you want to go see and enjoy. Really enjoyed the ceilings fans, they really keep the room fresh. No need to have the AC on specially during cold weather times. The skylight in the bathroom was unexpected, really nice feature. I kept thinking to myself how do I turn the light off until I realized it was light coming from the outside. Enjoyed our mine getaway.

My friend and I were comfortable in this spacious home this weekend. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Back patio was cute we got to take some pictures as well. Would definitely be staying here again!

Spacious, serene AND close to everything, including walkable streets and a freeway. Those might seem like contradictory qualities but Steve’s clean, comfy Golden Hill apartment achieves it all. With the bedroom in the back, light-blocking curtains, and beautiful yard, this place is quiet and peaceful. Lots of extras, like special treats, washer/dryer, and beach towels/chairs, good WiFi prepared us for everything. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped (except for a dishwasher; a huge sink largely makes up for it). In the past couple years it feels like on-street parking has been getting harder to find in the evenings, but still manageable, especially with walking to restaurants, Uber’ing, public transit, and daytime outings when parking is easy. Steve is so helpful and responds with lightning speed. Looking forward to our next visit.

My fiancé and I stayed here being in town for a wedding and we couldn’t have booked a more perfect place for just the two of us! Amanda’s place was super clean and was exactly what we expected! The neighborhood was super quiet and safe. Amanda was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Grant’s AIRBNB was perfect for me. The space was lovely and the amenities were just what I needed. Having a minifrig and microwave enabled me to bring my own food so that I could spend money on experiences rather than eating out. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fold down table was convenient for meals. I sat out on the small deck to read a couple of times, as the sun was going down. It was beautiful! I went for a bike ride on the bike path at Mission Bay the afternoon I arrived, and went kayaking there the following day. It was wonderful. Mission Bay was 5 minutes away with plenty of free parking. Grant was a great host and was quick to respond when I had any questions. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet and I had no problems with parking. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay at Kim’s guest house. She was very kind and responsive and the space was clean! Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had everything I needed, but the refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer. Therefore, had to go to the nearby 7-11 to pay for ice. I’m an Ice Queen, lol! I’m glad the 7-11 was very close and that was convenient. I will definitely be back!

Noonan's Nest is a spacious one-bedroom suite. We had plenty of room and didn't feel cramped compared to other locations where we have stayed. Our hosts were very friendly and readily shared information about area restaurants and other stores. It was conveniently located near our family, so we will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to the San Diego area.

Harold’s studio is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Balboa park but it was also super close to big attractions & the airport. It’s very clean and well maintained. He was quick in responding to questions as well. We definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting San Diego.

So many GREAT things about this property! It sits on hill with no houses across the street and views of La Mesa and Mt. Helix. Beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Walkable to fun La Mesa downtown. Parking directly in front. Private and inviting patio with outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining. The “studio” is actually a bright and spacious one bedroom unit with stylish curtains that can be drawn to separate bedroom from living room. It is sparkling clean, smells fresh. Cooling breezes through windows. No need for AC even with 80+ temps. New couch cover and rugs. Rarely heard footsteps or noise from upstairs unit during my 10 day stay. Bedroom has super comfortable mattress, very large closet. Kitchen has full size appliances. Entire unit is well stocked with anything you might need. Huge bathroom with large sink area and drawers for storing items. Washer and dryer were a big plus, laundry counter perfect for ironing clothes. Love this place! Can’t wait to come back!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Luan’s home! Checking in went smoothly and the space was comforting and clean! He was responsive and very accommodating which made my stay easy. Would definitely book again!

Dana’s casita truly felt like home. From the moment we walked in, we noticed every small, convenient detail—from the decor to the thoughtfully placed light switches. The bed was comfortable, the living space perfect for winding down, the kitchen in great condition, and the bathroom squeaky clean. Our dog loved the neighborhood too! It’s walkable to restaurants, cafes, and the famous Balboa Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We only wish we stayed longer. Dana was a gracious, responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely bookmark this gem and keep it in mind for future visits!

Casa Feliz was a lovely spot to stay in — quaint, cozy, and even cuter than expected. Although I was only there for a short time, the home exceeded my expectations and was stocked with everything one could possibly need during their stay. Claudia & Steve were kind, communicative, and their check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d love to stay again if I find myself in San Diego in the future!
