This adorable one-bedroom apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with a modern Parisian vibe. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. We have a separate front door that leads to our side of the house. We will be happy to answer questions and help out whenever we're around. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a streetcar stop nearby that gets to downtown in just 20 minutes. Spend the day walking through the Audubon Zoo and explore the historic and exciting French Quarter at night. The apartment is a half block from a St. Charles Avenue streetcar stop. There is ample street parking in front of the house. You can walk to Magazine Street, Freret Street (also lots of restaurants and bars) and Audubon Park. Vacation or business, we expect you treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking indoors. No pets. No late night caterwauling. You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.

This unit is ideal in the winter since it is a short walk to Centennial lift and has a skier bridge to return to the hotel at the end of the day. Steps away from adult and children's ski schools and multiple ski rental and retail shops. Host will be available through Airbnb. Beaver Creek combines a unique old world charm with modern amenities. Restaurants, retail stores, an ice skating rink, and other activities are all a short walk away, while the Centennial lift and a skier bridge are within easy reach of the unit. Off season months can limit hotel amenities. Everything you need for your family is within walking distance. There is a convenient intown bus, taxi’s and Uber’s as well as village to village transportation. Dial-a-ride is available to guests staying in beaver creek. Parking is free in the Villa Montane or Ford Hall garages in the summer and off season only. Valet parking is available at the Beaver Creek Lodge for a fee payable directly to the hotel. You must check in with the front desk if you will be using Valet parking. If you are not, please proceed directly to 601, do not check in at front desk. Beaver Creek combines a unique old world charm with modern amenities. Restaurants, retail stores, an ice skating rink, and other activities are all a short walk away, while the Centennial lift and a skier bridge are within easy reach of the unit.

This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, huge windows, antique furniture, high ceilings, great architectural detail. Queen size bed with Casper mattress in bedroom #1. Bedroom #2 doubles as living room, with queen size, memory foam sleeper sofa. Well appointed kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. A balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St, is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood. Public transportation available on Magazine St, St Charles Ave, a close walk. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs also available. Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
