Perfect house for a weekend getaway of grilling and hanging out by the pool! Host & Co-host were very responsive! Lots of pool toys and floats perfect for adults and kids!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stayed here while celebrating a good friend’s marriage. Very close to anywhere you want to go in San Diego and walking distance to a couple good spots and grocery stores. Would book again! Oh also they were kind enough to leave cookies for us!

This was heaven on Earth! I will remember this stay for the rest of my life. The hosts are so generous, welcoming, and easy-going. We felt relaxed and free throughout our entire stay. They remembered my bday and hung a birthday banner in the living room! We brought our dog and they were SO chill about letting our sweet old doggy explore the grounds off leash and even accompany us up to the pool at the house! We had our 1.5yr old with us and made epic joyful memories as a family just enjoying the grounds for the weekend. This was the first time our daughter had ever seen a goat, a sheep, an alpaca, bunnies, or chickens in real life. Watching our toddler and our dog explore the animals side by side was my favorite thing I’ve experienced in life so far! It was so special watching my child soak it in, I can’t describe it. My family and I LOVE the Tipsy Goat Ranch and the amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

This was our second stay at this property, and our first time in The Cottage. We loved being here just as much as the first time! Lara has amazingly good taste, and the cottage is beautiful inside and out. The stand out feature for us is the deck. The tree that stretches over it is beautiful. We spent lots of our time relaxing there. I loved popping in to Lara’s little store, there’s lots of good things, and well worth a visit. We also went over to Santa Ysabel, about half an hour away, and checked out Olive and Oak. It’s a nice store with lots of things for home and garden. We love Lara’s warm hospitality and the gorgeous, peaceful setting of this property. So glad we found it and that it’s only an hour away from our home.

Such a relaxing and comfortable stay! We hope to return for a longer visit. We loved Molly’s casita and just being a short 15 min drive to multiple cute beach towns with plenty to do/eat/see!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I. Hot tub, ping pong, pool table, big backyard.

Great location and good space for kids. Adam was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Diego’s place. The area is nice and quiet, the place is comfortable, and the amenities are well maintained and fun. We did have a hiccup in the beginning where we were not able to check in until 30 minutes after the check in time. I think this was because the previous guests left a pretty big mess that the cleaning service had to take extra time to clean (there was still some confetti on the ground when we got it). However, Diego was very professional in resolving the issue - he refunded us half of the cleaning fee and gave us 30 minutes extra at check out which was appreciate.

Great location and very well kept. Beach bungalow/ cabin vibe. Walking distance to anything and everything around Ocean Beach, which is so fun and lively but still peaceful! The cliffs down the road are a bit dangerous and windy but with the right shoes, so worth the views. We didn’t realize the hot tub was shared with 2 other units on the property but we got lucky and had no trouble using it when others weren’t and barely noticed our neighbors- they were very quiet. Owners were great and responded within seconds!

Hector was an amazing host, very proactive and great response time. The place is central to everything you need while visiting San Diego. My wife and I travel a lot, so this was a great choice for us. The place and neighborhood were very quiet and the place is well kept. We’d gladly book with Hector anytime we’re in SD… 10 out of 10 host.

Great place with a great view, convenient location, very minimalist in the best way. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to relax and spend time indoors while on vacation, great place to get a little creative work done.

This was my 2nd stay at Marisa's properties and my daughter and I felt so at home because of the variety of household goods Marisa provides for her guests and we had the most amazing time. Not only is the house decorated beautifully and immaculately clean, but each guest room is so well appointed with many blankets/pillows and the most comfortable beds. My daughter loved the showers especially the large rainfall nozzle. The outside area is the star of this unique property as you feel like you are at a Hawaiian luau as you bbq or sit in the dining area and/or relax in the jacuzzi surrounded by a variety of eclectic decor and plush landscaping. So so much detail, care and energy is given at Marisa's properties, you will have the most amazing experience here. I am so thankful for her attentiveness as a host and she is so easy to communicate with and my daughter and I will definitely be back for trip 3 soon. Thank you Marisa!!! We had the best time ever.

Jess was an amazing host and extremely responsive to any of our questions and concerns. Although there is not a private parking space for the property we never had to park more than a block away even during the weekend. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!!

This house worked out great for our family for SDSU graduation. It had a beautiful view and well stocked.

If you’re looking for the perfectly located beach style home for an affordable price, this is it! The home is perfectly located within walking distance of everything OB has to offer. From the dog beach to all the local eats we were able to walk everywhere we went. The convenience of having a garage to park in and not having to deal with parking was also a very nice accommodation as well. It was the perfect home for my family’s stay in OB. We will be back!

This a great home base for an outstanding stay in North Park. We loved the small backyard for our dog! The house was cozy and extremely comfortable. We slept so well all three nights of our vacation The location is amazing. It’s a short walk to dozens of restaurants and bars/breweries. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Dan and Britt’s place was amazing! Very well decorated, clean, and Britt was super fast about getting back to me on a question I had! The only thing is that this is not a super quiet spot, but that is no fault of the hosts, that is what you get for being in the city, and they did have very large dividers in the backyard so even though you could hear your neighbors, you could not see them. Overall a great deal for the price, would definitely stay again!

Brent’s place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! It’s in a great location close to lots of restaurants in South Park and my favorite coffee shop Santos coffee :) Their home was beautiful inside and out with a great yard space for the doggies!

This cute house was so great! Lots of room, the fluffiest towels I have ever experienced and the BEST location ever. Little Italy is so cute and fun! Coffee shops, restaurants and even the little market is just a block or two away. We really hope to be back! Thank you!
