NO PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERY. You can move easily by public transport, Uber or walking in the area. Independent entrance, located at the back of the house, well lit , 4 blocks from the beach. Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.
