We stayed at Apartment Grey from 19 July to 26 July. The purpose of our visit was a family wedding in nearby Aprilia. We arrived hot and bothered and received a warm friendly welcome from Giusy. The very effective air conditioning in the apartment was a welcome facility in the very hot weather. The apartment is modern and spacious. We were a party of 5. Both double bedrooms are beautiful with modern en-suite bathrooms. It was easily big enough for our needs. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the kitchen/diner which she found comfortable. We had the advantage of knowing the surrounding area well. Although the location might seem quite remote it isn't really. There is a large shopping mall Aprilia 2 within 10 minutes drive with an excellent supermarket and many other types of shops as well as a food court which we used several times for breakfast. You can get to Rome easily by train (45 minutes) from Campo di Carne 5 minutes drive away. There is a car park at the station. The train also goes to the coastal towns of Anzio and Nettuno in 15/20 minutes. There are many great beaches with all the facilities you could possibly need within 15 minutes drive. We spent a couple of days on the beach at Lavinio at the Arcobaleno Stabilmento. If you go there seek out Giulia the joint owner who runs and serves in the restaurant. She speaks excellent English. Tell her 'Patrick sent you'. A bit further away is Sabaudia 45 minutes, a favourite of ours. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen anywhere in the world. If you do go take care on the Pontina Road! We have no hesitation in recommending Apartment Grey to you.

Anzio is a beautiful place to vacation. Small but fine. The two-room apartment has everything needed to provide itself. The location is overall and unbschlagbar. For small families absolutely suitable.

Charming residence by the sea, sandy beach, ice cream shop, bakeries, restaurants and train station by train to Rome which takes 50 min, about 3.5 €. Free street parking, but it is fast becoming full weekends in high season. .

Great site, great people, small apartment in perfect condition, simple but efficiently and nicely styled and equipped. Everything is perfect if you don't expect a Grand Hyatt. Host is super!

We highly recommend staying here the views are amazing. The beach is nice and the place is beautiful and perfect. The host is extremely accommodating and has thought of all the amenities you might need. There are several restaurants markets and cafés nearby. The bikes are useful to getting to Central Anzio and Nettuno.

Small but pleasant cottage.

On arrival we were welcomed by Alessi who was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Cinzia's place is a great place to stay if you want a taste of real Italy. The accommodation is exactly like the photos, quirky and unique. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hosts are friendly and helpful and all communication has been great. The place is located a short stroll to a sandy beach, and is near to many other lovely beaches. We hired a car from Rome airport and it was less than an hours drive to the accommodation. Alessi advised us where to park for free on the outskirts of Rome so we were able to get the metro into Rome easily and cheaply. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cinzia and her family provided us with everything we needed and evenhanded us some good recommendations where to explore the area. Would recommend!

La Casetta is delicious: a mix of styles between rustic and elegant. I really liked the unexpected details like the embroidered linen tablecloth and towel. The shiny dishes, plates, glasses and cups chosen with care and grace. The same grace and welcome that transmits Cinzia, an eclectic, intelligent and empathic woman. Relaxing garden. I really felt at home. If I can give a little advice .... a little more light in the garden.

If you are looking for a nice quiet beachholiday alone or for two, this is the place to be. There are organized beaches or free areas, just a stone's throw from the house. Cinzias place provides a beach umbrella. The beach is clean and white and beautiful and there are some very good restaurants in the area. The wifi is superfast. Cinzia and her family are very welcoming and nice and make you feel at ease.

ANZIO is a delightful historic Roman town on the Seaside just 1 hour by train from Rome Termini. The weather, scenic harbor full of bobbing boats, locals strolling happily into the evening, delicious seaside bistros, fresh seafood, the public lovely beaches and warm calm waters...the beautiful spacious apartment in a charming building....and Frederica herself, so kind and smart!!! Stay here and be thrilled by all you experience!

Frederica has been the best host I’ve ever had through the years. She thinks of everything and make your stay very comfortable and easy. Everything you need for a week stay is all there, including beach items. Great location and very clean.

Book this place if you are going to Anzio. This apartment is situated in a great location between the cities, Anzio and Nettuno. It a very short walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to the center of Anzio, where you’ll find the best sea food restaurants. We stayed there for five days and the apartment had everything we needed. The host, Federica, was very helpful and always quick to answer texts and e-mails. I would highly recommend this apartment. You won’t regret it.

This is a great apartment and an ideal hostess. I recommend. Everything is close: a railway station, the sea, shops, restaurants. If you choose this accommodation it will be wonderful! We left a particle of good there!

We have just one night here, everything was perfect. Federica was very friendly, her friend met us when we arrived and showed the house. We had all we needed. There is a very cozy terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning with the wonderful view. The neighbor on the first floor is a cat lover so there were cats and kittens walking near the house, so nice:)

Federica was an amazing host, probably the best I've ever experienced in my time using AirBnb. She picked me up and dropped me off from the train station, her directions were crystal clear, and she was pleasant, kind, and responsive to all my messages for information. warm, cozy and quiet. I have to point out that the mattress is so so so so so comfy. For someone who always suffers back pain, that mattress is so far the best I’ve slept on!

The cottage in the hamlet is delightfully delicious !! It is perfect for a holiday in Nettuno and is located in the historic center of the city 5 minutes from both the station and the port and promenade !! I stayed 3 nights with a friend of mine and we had a great time both for the comfort of the house and for the rest .. everything perfect we will be back !!

Apartment exactly as described, located in a quiet but central and well served, fully equipped, convenient for two / three people. The value for money is very good and communication with the host excellent. Absolutely recommended.

Flaviano was a great host - although we couldn't meet in person he was very responsive to messages and helpful. We checked in by collecting our keys from the restaurant below the apartment and found a clean, comfortable flat, equipped with everything needed to make you feel like home - dishes, cooking utensils, a washing machine, bedding, towels and more. The flat is only a few minutes away from the town center and beach. Checking out was also very smooth - overall a great experience, will definitely come back!

Very well located, everything can be done on foot, train station 3 minutes. It is quite noisy but it was announced and we quickly got used to it. The apartment is comfortable overall, apart from maybe the pillows. Spacious and small balcony.

Marcello's home was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and close to most everything one would need within walking distance. There are several supermarkets nearby, along with many restaurants and cafes. It is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. I would recommend this place!

One of the friendliest hosts ever. During check-in they explained everything thoroughly and kindly prepared light snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a very convenient place close to the sea with many restaurants with delicious Italian seafood within 5 minutes. Awesome convenient location. Daniele is an outstanding host quick to respond to his guests. We needed a respite from all the site seeing in Roma and Amalfi coast, this was perfect. We visited in early October, weather was still fantastic, of course in the height of the summer season I’m sure it’s much busier. Anzio is filled with lovely shops, restaurants and a lovely center square with a beautiful church and fountain. Thank you Daniele!

The apartment is great, very traditional, with excellent location. There are lots of nice restaurants, mainly seafood, and Daniele gave us good recommendations. The apartment has everything you need. It is exactly as described and I can understand why Daniele is a super host. He kept in touch checking everything was ok. The apartment was very clean and there were nice touches when we arrived, Prosecco and pastries.

The flat is large and had all equipment needed for a short or long term stay (even an umbrella for the beach). Daniele collected us from the station by car and gave us a short tour through Anzio. He gave tips about beaches, restaurants and a gelateria and was very helpful. The location was in the center of Anzio, beneath the harbor and the beach is within 10 min of walking.

A nice comfortable apartment in a great location next to the beach and all town’s activities. Daniele is a great host always ready to help if needed. I will like to go back there myself. I had a great time and so my daughter and my 91 years old mom.

A perfect long weekend break visiting family friends in Nettuno. Dayana was the perfect host- the apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities required for a long weekend family break for me, my wife and young family. There was a large master bedroom with king size bed and a second large bedroom with 3 single beds. It was a real bonus having 2 shower rooms and toilets in the apartment. The kitchen/ lounge/ dining area was cosy, equipped with everything we wanted. The apartment is surrounded by numerous bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants and only around a 5 min walk from the beach. The American Cemetery (a must visit) is only a 10 min walk from the apartment, whilst the main train station is only 5 mins away (we got the train into Rome one day). My family and I will definitely be back in Nettuno and will hopefully get the chance to book Dayana's apartment again.

His house is a gem, original and well furnished with great attention to detail where nothing is missing to make the guests' stay comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay in Giuseppe’s apartment. Excellent location, 3 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the heart of the city, where you can find shops, restaurants and supermarket and 3 from beautiful beach and port. The communication was fast and always helpful with anything. The apartment is nice and large, very clean and has wonderful sea view which is a therapy. :) Definitely we gonna come back! I was with my two daughters in Joseph's house for a weekend. The accommodation is very nice and perfectly equipped, the location is excellent. Stayed here with a few friends for the weekend and turned out to be a wonderful experience. He provided fresh clean multiple towels for each bedroom, a living room tv with Netflix, and kitchen supplies. Would highly recommend to any students that want a quick beach weekend getaway.

We spent a week in this lovely villa together with our grownup daughters and their boyfriends. The house is perfect for six people and we really enjoyed the lovely garden and the cool well organised house. We made our breakfast and lunch at home but we had several nice coffee breaks and the dinners in Nettuno or Anzio. It’s very easy to eat good food in this area. Giorgio has been a very good host . He gave us tips about restaurants , diving, train schedules and he also gave us a lift to the train station. We would highly recommend this house and area to our friends .

Very beautiful, cozy place with magnificent sea view. It has private way to the beach. The supermarket is quite close, you can find there everything you need. 10 minutes walking from train station. The apartment is large and comfortable with nice accessories, sweet stuff and fresh flowers. Marco and Matteo were very helpful with check-in. We had late flight and they kindly explained the best way to get to the apartment from the airport and met us. If you are planning to visit Nettuno I definitely recommend this place for staying!

Great stay in Nettuno thanks to the excellent location and facilities of the apartments. Everything is nearby within walking distance - the center (you can walk for 10 minutes with pleasure), an excellent grocery store (on the next street), a pharmacy, a bakery, a fish shop, where great guys will open oysters right there and serve a glass of wine, a steak house ( better than steaks didn’t even eat in Florence). The sea is just under the terrace)), you can sunbathe at home and go down to swim))), the bus stop is opposite. Everything you need to relax is all nearby. In the evening, maybe a little noisy from the sea, but this is a resort)), it didn’t bother us, on the contrary))) uplifting. The apartments are fully consistent with the price. The upper bedroom is stuffy, but there is air conditioning. The apartment is on the third floor, without an elevator, but it's even good after a hearty meal))). We met as agreed, all on time. The owner is always in touch, which is also important, helped us find a rental car (they could not find a car on the rental application). In general, I really liked everything. Recommend.

Cute house, equipped with all the comforts, the master bedroom is a gem with its dark jade colored furniture, patrician is an impeccable host, for last the area is quiet and very well served, bar and diner with excellent products very close, supermarket, railway station and waterfront two at a short distance.

The accommodation is very nice and in a great location, all services are within walking distance (supermarket, bar, pharmacy, station) and is very close to the seafront. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Luigi is very helpful and attentive to guests' needs. It was a very pleasant experience.

Albert, very responsive, organized a meeting at the station, gave information about the city, beaches, shops, restaurants. Recommended apartments. Will definitely be back.

The Alber's apartment is great for holiday's lesure. It is in the quiet area of Nettuno, about 15 minutes walking to the sea. The whole place is at your disposal: a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy living room, a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a nice terrace. Alber is very helpful, he picked us up from the station and was answering all the questions we had :). I highly recommend!

I would like to share a delightful stay in the apartments of Alber. The owner turned out to be a pleasant young man. Gave a lot of useful information about the city, attractions, location of shopping centers. The apartments are well located. Located in a quiet area of the villas. Walk to the city center takes 10 minutes. To the sea and the bus station 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes walk 3 large supermarkets, vegetable shop. On Thursdays there is a bazaar where you can buy vegetables, fruits, cheeses, fish and souvenirs. The apartments are very clean, there is a washing machine, lots of dishes. Separate delight was caused by the terrace. 15 min walk to the sea, the coastline is very wide. Beaches for every taste, there are both paid and free. The sea is warm enough in mid-June. Holidays in Italy we really liked, largely thanks to the owner Alber. Highly recommend this apartment. Will definitely return.

Giuseppe is na excellent host. He is very welcoming, friendly and polite. There was a great communication, timing and very nice apartment close to the city center and beach of Aziro. Giuseppe picked us up at the train station and showed us the city of Aziro. It was wonderful too see the city from local perspective and experience the rela Italian hospitality and kindness. I can recommend to stay at Giuseppe's place for 100%.

Giuseppe is a very hospitable, educated host. Always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. In our location there was a room and a separate bath. The kitchen is shared with all the necessary accessories and breakfasts from Giuseppe (milk, coffee, cookies, cereals and even ... excellent chocolate liquor))) Giuseppe is very pleasant in communication, open, disposing to oneself. The house is a 30-minute walk from the sea (depending on which beach you choose and how fast you can move). We liked the beach at Nero’s villa and we walked there for almost 45 minutes. For us, lovers of sports and walking, it was absolutely not difficult, but ... The road is not very convenient for walking: the one that is shorter and with a pedestrian path - goes along the highway, the one that is more authentic is in the less busy part of the road, but there are no sidewalks there and when everyone goes home for example, they had to snuggle up to the houses. And since there was a private sector, the dogs outside the fence were unhappy. Everything else was fine. Nearby there is a supermarket, on the road, closer to the train station of the fruit and vegetable market, and closer to the sea is the wonderful Todis supermarket, where they make delicious hot pizza. We recommend you to enjoy ice cream. Gelateria is located in another part of Anzio Colignia, and also along the road, though to another beach. The sea is exceptionally clean, the bottom is sandy, the shallow water goes far, the breakwaters that save a lot when the wave is high, the beaches are clean enough ... Of course it is depressing that people smoke and throw bull-calves directly onto the sand and there are many of them ... There are free beaches everywhere and these are not small islands, but long stripes. Thanks Giuseppe! We had a wonderful sea vacation!

At Anzio for work I spent 10 days comfortably with Giuseppe. Large room, private bathroom, nice garden where you can relax and work in peace. Absolutely recommended.

A 5-star stay at "la casina della nonna" managed by Federica and Monica. Already at check-in I sensed the seriousness of F and M: they gave me the right directions for the stay and in the house there is the manual of the grandmother's cottage. Strategic place in the historic center. At 100mt from the main road that goes along the seafront, below the house there are restaurants and pizzerias and also very nice little clubs and lounge bars. The cottage is new well maintained, excellent cleanliness, well cared for in detail. For car parking on foot is about 400mt no fee, convenient alternative to payment near 100mt. I would definitely recommend the grandmother's little house managed by the nice, smiling and precise F and M. At the prox

The apartment is delightful, perfect, nothing is missing. Cute, equipped for everything. Very pleasant. Fresh thanks also to air conditioning. If you love the nightlife, the house is in the historic center, close to dozens of bars and restaurants - really two steps - from the sea. I can only recommend it! I hope I will be back soon!

A magnificent place, well furnished, with all amenities, freshly renovated and all appliances. For such a price, the undisputed leader in nettun. There is only one spoon of tar - located in a very noisy place. If you plan to sleep off, they won’t let you.

Federica and Monica are two hosts extremely available and attentive to guests' needs. The house is in a very central position and the beach is within walking distance, ideal also for those without a car. My son and I had a great time, highly recommended choice!

A unique experience in the historic village of Nettuno. Stylishly renovated apartment with new furniture, very comfortable, with everything needed to make your stay pleasant. Apart from the impeccable cleanliness, there are so many details that Federica and Monica have thought of: from croissants and coffee to start the day at the 'bathroom kit' to cool off after a long day at the beach. We loved everything about our stay at Rita’s in Nettuno. The sea view was spectacular! The apartment comfy and cozy and well appointed. Rita was great! Kind and helpful! The beach and chairs just an elevator ride down! Nettuno had nice sidewalks, shops and restaurants. Train station a pleasant 15 - 20 minute walk away.

We were welcomed and picked up from the train station in Nettuno by Rita and Pierpaolo in a very friendly way. They took us to the apartment with an amazing view from the balcony located directly over the beach, which can be visited at any time. We got a very detailed explanation of the area and the pretty good equipped apartment. Due to my bad knowledge of the Italian language Rita even ordered the taxi for us, when we left for the train station. We can absolutely recommend to stay in the apartment of Rita!

Very kind and very helpful in everything, the owners welcomed us into their home with availability. The room is well furnished, comfortable, clean. The bathroom, next door, clean and spacious, as well as well equipped. Very welcoming common areas, with coffee and chocolates available, usable tables, common TV. The area is secluded from the center, which means that you need your own means and a very positive note, peace and silence. Recommended!!

Very comfortable apartment. There is all the necessary utensils for cooking. Near a supermarket. We arrived in the evening and we were very pleased to see refreshments from Fabrizio! Croissants, toaster bread, jam, juice, milk. tea and coffee.

Fabrizio is a wonderful host who left us a compliment on the day of our arrival and was always available to answer our questions. It was a truly memorable stay!)

The host was very friendly and helpful. He was very kind when we met him during our check-in. It was a private and spacious space with everything we needed (cutlery, refrigerator, bath tub, hair dryer, television etc.) The station was only a few minutes away from the station with a supermarket and restaurants within 10 minutes (by walk). The apartment is very central. Shops, restaurant and supermarkets are easy to reach. The beach is within walking distance. This central location makes it a bit louder, but unproblematic. A small breakfast was provided by our host.

This is great apartment and excellent value for money. It is large and spacious – 2 big bedrooms, a large dining/living room, well equipped kitchen and good-sized bathroom. It’s location in right in the centre of Nettuno. On foot – 5 mins from train station, 5 mins from beach, 10/15 mins from American WW2 cemetery (well worth a visit). Shops (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy) are literally around the corner. A visit to Rome to is little over an hour away by train; so you can have a beach holiday while still visiting the famous sites (and without the stress of the city!). Nettuno itself is a beautiful place and if going there this is definitely the place to stay.

Loved Marcello’s Dream Home. Suuuch a lovely home with a great pool and a beautiful view during the day! From the time the reservation was confirmed to after check out (he thought I forgot my phone charger) - Marcello was very communicative and kind! We checked in a bit later than we originally planned to. He asked if we had dinner. We said we might just leave and maybe find some place open late and he offered us dinner - which was delicious!! So hospitable and caring. The place was very spacious and clean. Had Netflix on the TVs which was pretty cool because I stayed up kind of late cause I was a bit jet lagged. Haha. All around wonderful experience! Would totally come back. Definitely recommend :)

The house was spotlessly clean and Marcello was there to greet us on our arrival. The location of the house was on the outskirts of Nettuno in a very quiet and peaceful area. The town and beaches were easily reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The house had plenty of space and could sleep 6 very comfortably. The facilities were excellent and came with a well equipped kitchen. The pool was a real bonus and it was big enough to swim properly in it. There is a very large balcony outside the kitchen and another outside the bedrooms which provided beautiful views towards the mountains and we saw some stunning dawns as the sun rose over them. Rome is easily reached from the main train station in Nettuno and the journey is quick and cheap. Medieval towns in the mountains could be reached by car in about 40 minutes and there is an interesting museum in Anzio on the Allied landings in 1944. Marcello and his extended family were lovely, they very kindly invited us to a family party to celebrate a birthday. It was a very enjoyable night and it was good to get to know them all. I would thoroughly recommend Marcello's house.
