Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Rosemary Beach

Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The community where it’s located is very lovely, you can walk or bike everywhere. The tram station, which takes you to the beach, is on the corner. You could also walk to the beach, which takes about 15 minutes. The pool is very nice, large, and suitable for all ages. It's very close to the house, just a 5-minute walk. The location of the community is unbeatable, right between Rosemary and Alys. The closest public beach is Inlet Beach. The bikes shown in the photos are not for use with this house, but we rented some in the main square. They provide 3 beach chairs and a cooler but nothing else for the beach (in a beach destination). We had to buy beach towels, an umbrella, etc. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for the stay. Confortable queen bed and a pack and play and a high chair are available. Communication was fast and effective. We would return and would recommend it to another small family or couple.

My Wife and I just spent our honeymoon here and it couldn’t of been more perfect! The house and pool and yard was absolutely beautiful Wendy reached out and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be sure to come back and stay again. Perfect 10/10

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

Had a great stay! This studio condo has everything you could need, it has beach chairs on the patio, kitchen supplies, and even a cute bookshelf for beach reads. This was my second time at this building but first time staying on the ground level, and I appreciated walking right out to the pool (no elevator needed). While this building is older and kinda dated and worn, the location is amazing! That’s why I chose it again this summer. It’s literally right between all the cute shops & restaurants of Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach. Again, Joseph has a cute little studio — I will note that the queen bed was very comfortable and it had some sort of trundle bed underneath. So this could work for traveling with a young kid. Enjoy!

We had a great time. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach is awesome. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. The house is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved that we could bring our fur-babies!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

My wife and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Marcie was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Was also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Alma and Michael were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive for every question and they provided helpful information and recommendations. The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to rent bikes or have a walkable area to be in. The beach, not something the host is responsible for, is a bit crowded. If you are staying in Seacrest and want a 1 bedroom - this is your place!

Where do I start? Location, Mike’s communication, or the actual Airbnb? Mike’s place couldn’t have been in a better location. Steps from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. It was easy for my husband and I along with our three small children to easily walk to the beach/run to the room if we forgot something. Our beach chairs were there each day waiting for us. Next, Mike was excellent at letting us know how to access his place along with the best places to dine while we were there. Finally, the condo was finished beautifully right down to the Brunschwig & Fils Les Touches throw pillows 😍 Everything you would need is there. We plan to stay again!

Florin was responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was very easy, the unit was beautiful, and the location was perfect for being close to everything we needed!

We had to quickly book Karla’s place late one night as we arrived to town and our other booking had fallen through. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating! She was considerate and understanding of our situation. Such a kind, personal host—versus a big management company with automated responses. :)Thanks again for all your help, Karla!

Excellent location! Super close to shops, restaurants, the beach! The pool area is nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.
