Keep it simple at this centrally-located place in the heart of Seagrove Beach. ChewCasa is located in a gated neighborhood just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will have there own personal parking spot, kitchenette, full bath and closet. Kitchenette features a sink, mini fridge, microwave and brand new Keurig coffee maker. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during Spring Break/Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
