“This trip was all about catching up with old friends, and this Airbnb made it unforgettable. We had game nights, home-cooked dinners, and plenty of beach time. We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Loved the balcony view and how easy check-in was. such a nice touch!The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for friends and families!”

This is our second time to stay at Saltwater and it was just as perfect as the first. Jenny is super responsive & easy to communicate with. She is an excellent host; the surprise welcome package really made us feel special! The home is perfectly located and so welcoming. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need so you’re not running out to Publix every night for random condiments. There is every beach accessory you can think of available for use. I cannot wait to bring my family back again and again!

30A Stay - we loved everything about our stay on 30A -Chris was wonderful from the start i had questions regarding the area and he always responded right away even before we booked. The unit is in a great location it was just what we wanted 1st Floor, clean, beach access right out front a heated pool even a laundry room if you needed it. We would definitely stay again. Plenty of restaurants right there sweet stops bike rentals Santa Rosa was a great town to stay in. I’d give 145 Spires a 100 out of 100 and Chris is a genuinely nice guy with quick responses even to the smallest questions. Can’t wait to go back .

We had a great experience! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the ocean view was GORGEOUS! Nina responded very quickly to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

The house and location were perfect. Hayley was very responsive. The only thing I would add is to provide more trash bags.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beachy home! The decor was so cute and coastal—it felt like the perfect Florida getaway. The entire place was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the full upstairs was a private master suite (such a bonus we didn’t expect but totally loved). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics, which made cooking super convenient, and the beds were really comfortable. Having four bikes included was a huge perk, and we loved how close the house was to scenic bike trails and just a 20-minute golf cart ride to Seaside. The trundle twin beds were a bit too small. It wasn’t a huge issue, and the listing was accurate, just something to note if you’re planning for adult guests in that room! Overall, this place was wonderful. The host was incredibly responsive, and everything felt thoughtful and well-kept. We would 10000% stay here again!

Had a great time here! Views of the beach and ocean were way better than even pictured. Showers were awesome. Furniture was comfortable. Trevor was very responsive to our questions. Plenty to do, lots of shopping and places to eat, instant beach access. Only drawback, there are lots of weird noises at night. That's just the price you pay for a multi-unit complex stay, but just an FYI. Definitely would book again.

My wife and our son were extremely pleased with their Mother's Day week stay, it was exactly what they were looking for. Walkable to the beach. They enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for helping them make wonderful memories.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here to anyone! About 5-10 min walk to beach or a 1 min drive (some limited public parking by the public beach accesses, but we found parking every day)! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 2 wagons to bring to the beach along with chairs, and plenty of other things for the beach! Our pup loved the backyard and the neighborhood for walks. The place was very clean! Paul was very easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

I have used Airbnb many times and this particular Airbnb is the absolute best I have ever had the pleasure of renting. There are not enough superlatives to fully describe the wonderful features of this rental property. I highly recommend Kelly and her beach home! It truly exceeds all expectations and Kelly is an amazing host.

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Great property with very convenient location and easy, direct access to numerous amenities such as restaurants, shops, bike rental shop, pool and walking path along 30A. Just a short walk to the beach or you can use the shuttle service. The couch is a bit wore and could use replacing, along with the king bed mattress.

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

This condo was EXACTLY what we needed and hoped for, for our girls week end! It was in a gated community with security guards that were visible during the days. The pool was amazing and having “Crabby Steve’s” between the pool and beach, was so nice to be able to get food and drinks and use the restrooms without going back upstairs to the room. The walkability of this community is very convenient for stays and the restaurant quality is super for casual suppers. I had a massage at the Vivo Spa and walked down and back. It was so nice to not have to get the car out and find a parking spot. We felt like it was a good price because we didn’t have several amenities at this location that we weren’t utilizing yet paying for. We will definitely be back!!!

Jill's place was perfect! The check-in process was seamless, the house was spacious and had everything we needed (beach towels/chairs, etc.)! Jill was incredibly responsive and provided very detailed instructions to use during the stay. Rosemary Beach is one of a kind, and Jill's place is very accessible to everything. We loved walking to the beach and different restaurants in the area. Definitely will be back!

This was our first time at Rosemary Beach and this location was amazing! We enjoyed walking to lots of local restaurants right in our backyard. Our kids loved riding the tram to the pool and beach. The house was perfect for all of us and looked exactly like the pictures. We throughly enjoyed our stay and looked exactly forward to our next visit!

We couldn't have loved our stay anymore! Charla was a phenomenal host. The place was absolutely beautiful. We're planning to come back next year and WILL MOST DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you so much for having us. It was truly perfect.

Can’t say enough great thinks about this home and the owner, Lisette. Communication was top notch, she was helpful and the home was beautiful but also very well equipped. We’ve stayed in the area 10 x but I’m pretty certain her home had the most amenities like bikes, locks, beach items like cooler/ wagon/ toys etc. We have stayed from seaside to seagrove to water sound but we are already planning our next trip to Vitamin Sea. Thank you Lisette for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was beautiful. We could walk right to the pool. Mark provided chairs, wagon and plenty of things to take to play at the beach. We loved using the bikes provided. The porches were a cool place to hang out on the bed swings. The Big Chill on property was a neat place to hangout and eat. Getting to beach access was not as easy as we would have liked but we still made it work. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. The kitchen and den area are huge and we enjoyed having meals and hanging out there playing games. The driveway was tight offering space for only 2 vehicles but you close to the pool parking lot so you can park extra cars there. We would definitely like to return to this house again for a longer vacation.

Our stay was during peak spring break season, but as the reviews advised, the area of beach this condo is on was very peaceful and family oriented. Being able to walk right off the patio to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Miramar beach is our favorite part of the area next to shopping and great restaurants, so we were very pleased with every part of this rental.

Amazing space! Perfect for a couples get away. Amazing location and everything was brand new, clean and just all around a beautiful place to stay. The pool and outside pool hang out space is a great plus. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone. The hosts were quick and friendly with communication. Thank you!

The condo was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and well taken care of when we arrived. The views from the condo were spectacular! Susan was an amazing host and was so helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. We definitely recommend booking with Susan for a pleasant vacation experience.
