The condo is located in a great spot on the beach. Close to everything, but not overcrowded. The balcony is huge & will accommodate your whole group. There are lots of beach gear & towels, so no need to bring that stuff. The condo is nice & clean just as Alex described. There is no Kuerig for your coffee, just a regular drip coffee maker.

The resort was perfect for me and my wife. We really enjoyed the private feel. The restaurants on The grounds were all amazing.

Great location with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful balcony and so close to beach. Susan was so responsive making sure we had everything we needed.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

VERY satisfied with our stay! Listing was just as pictured, bargain priced, and host was very responsive! Several amenities came with listing, all of which were useful! Views from condo unit are just as listed, beautiful! Location was perfect for walking to nearby sites, grocery/convenient stores within 3-minute drive! Can’t wait for next summer’s visit! Bring lots of sunscreen!

We loved our stay in Seacrest! The house was lovely and Alyson was wonderful at meeting our needs! The perfect place for a fun beach getaway!

This place was outstanding. The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. It was also very clean and smelled fresh when you walk in. As for everything else, the amenities were great (3 pools to choose from/tennis/pickle ball, etc.), there were several restaurants in the area to choose from, an ice cream shop and new coffee shop just below, and retail shops as well. It had a little bit of everything. Best of all, it took approximately 90 seconds to have your feet in the sand. Karla was an excellent host that responded quickly and kindly with enthusiasm. She was on top of everything from start to finish, even though everything was pretty much self explanatory. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Carter’s place was exactly what we needed for our getaway! My hubby + I brought our (2) daughters. We each had our own clean bathrooms and there was more than enough space everywhere! The wrap around balcony was wonderful, as well. Beds were super comfy with great bedding! The listing says it’s 200 yards from beach, but I’m convinced it’s more like 100 yards. It was a most wonderful find and in the middle of 30A, so we were close to all the places we always like to go! We will absolutely stay here as often as possible!!! HIGHLY recommend!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

Zach’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was stocked with everything needed for the perfect beach vacation! The free chairs and umbrella was a perfect add on and the extra things in the condo catered to little ones was great! We would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

This is a place I would definitely go again. It’s private and safe. The beds are comfy and it’s convenient to get to the grocery store and restaurants

Great place! Even better views! Resort pool and bar were a vibe! So much to do within walking distance. The parking garage was a bit confusing, but once we figured it out, everything else was a breeze!

The condo was clean and renovated nicely! I loved the extra full size bed with tv in the hall rather than bunk beds. This was so much better!!! Also the added Murphy bed in the living room was a big bonus! All of the appliances were nice and up to date and the beds were all comfortable. The location was nice as well. Close to pools and walkover to beach which was super easy with little ones and their gear. Al was also so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this condo for a trip to Edgewater!

This Bonita Beach condo was beautiful and spacious. Our party of 6 had plenty of room to be together AND spread out when we wanted to. The space gives upscale, Seaside vibes. Tricia was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

Staying at Mira was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and she was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!. Definitely be back next year.

Jen and Mike’s home was wonderful and we felt like we were at home! They were very responsive and nice. We had a great time! Will definitely be back in the future!
