A casa é uma delícia! Estava tudo super arrumado e limpo. A estrutura geral e os espaços de lazer foram o diferencial para passarmos bons momentos de tranquilidade e aproveitar em família como queríamos! A natureza em volta dá a sensação que vc está longe de São Paulo. E a vista das janelas da sala parecem quadros. Além do ambiente que amamos, o Roni também é um ótimo anfitrião… sempre solicito e disponível! E o caseiro também foi super receptivo e querido com a gente! Recomendo a estadia :)

I have been an AirBnB fan and avid user for many years. Over the years, I have learnt that homes reflect so much about the host. Some homes just make you feel welcome and right at home. That's how I felt at Luciana's home. I felt right in the lap of nature, woke up to birds singing, banana trees in the yard were laden with fruits......it was such a peaceful place and yet everything was accessible. Luciana and Caco were the perfect hosts, they were there whenever I needed them and yet I had all the privacy. Loved my stay here.

Gostei muito da estadia. Muito bem localizado para viagens corporativas, próximo ao Shopping Morumbi. A área comercial abaixo tem tudo: café, pizzaria, cabeleireiro, mercado, etc. Muito conveniente. O apartamento é aconchegante, com uma vista maravilhosa. A academia é bem prática

Foi tudo prefeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, o prédio é muito seguro e muito bem localizado. Além disso, o anfitrião é super prestativo e claro na comunicação.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spotless and everything within was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The closet had enough clothes hangers for our clothes. We were also happy to have heating in the unit since the temperature in São Paulo was a bit cool the first evening. The washer and drier in the unit was much appreciated. The building felt very secure and has pleasant staff. It is near many restaurants, stores and night life. The communications with Marcos was excellent. Responses to our inquiries were quick. We will definitely stay here again.
