Townhome vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

Very nice accommodation, the most equipped in the kitchen, it even had a washing machine. All the beds are extra large. It's a bit far away, you have to get around by vehicle

The apartment is very comfortable, impeccable and cozy. The host and staff were very kind to us. We felt at home. An excellent choice if you want to visit the island.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

This place was perfect. really family friendly atmosphere. the neighbors are amazing. The pool was always perfect. The house was well stocked with extras. Everything was as described and more. We loved it so much we requested to extend. Ms. Christina is the perfect host. Rachel was also fabulous and flexible.

Amazing house in a residency with a couple other houses. The house is just perfect, equipment perfect as well and the beds are very good. I recommend.

This AirBnB is a gem in Tulum. It is in a quieter part of town and still close enough to reach everything. It comes with one bike, it is spacious, it has drinkable water included. Sonia was very attentive and helping out with every question we had. She even brought me some coconut water when I wasnt feeling good. The aloe plants are great for treating sunburn! Absolutely recommended! Be aware that the neighbor houses are AirBnBs too, during our 2 week stay there were a couple of loud parties going on there. Sonia offers earplugs though ;)

me and my friends loved it, they left board games and a lot of towels which was helpful. The place was spacious and clean and with a private access to the beach and a shared pool. I recommend it.

The home is absolutely beautiful! The woodwork, lighting, ambiance, the plunge pool (adorable), and the bedrooms were spectacularly well-decorated. Dana (the manager) and Marie (the owner), went above and beyond in order to help with my accommodations, and any needs during my stay. The property is extremely safe and when I even became sick late at night there was medical doctor that drove to the property to help me (obviously, an additional charge, but when its late at night and you don’t know your way around it was very convenient). There are golf carts that come by on a regular basis to take you to the different resorts if needed. My only recommendations would be to have a rental car because taxis are very expensive in this area and currently there is no UBER/LYFT/Rappi or food delivery services to this area. Other great and under-advertised areas to lounge and eat good food are Kay Club (Other side of Bahia Principe). A warm and loving thanks to Marie and Dana for everything!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the place was spacious, clean, and very private and protected I would highly recommend this if you wanted to stay in Tulum and not have to pay the higher prices of staying on the Playa. There were a few small issues, but they were fast to fix them and very good at communicating Thank you guys for such a beautiful day. I look forward to maybe one day coming back and enjoying the place again.

Located just outside Tulum in a well-kept and very quiet complex. House is very well maintained. Washing machine available. Very good beds. Hot water in the shower. Well-equipped kitchen with large oven.

We enjoyed the stay, especially the private beach of the Gated Cummunity was a dream!

This is the second time staying with Rocio and she is definitely an excellent host. I definitely recommend it… On this occasion I arrived at 4 am why my flight landed in Cancun at 2:20 everything super well, I leave everything organized with the security of the condominium. Likewise I retired at 3 am why my flight was leaving at 6 and everything was super good. They are flexible in the times is worth 1000% the service.

Excellent accommodation in relation to the price, good location, Eduardo was always available for any questions or comments. In my case it was the First time we used an Airbnb and we didn't know how it worked. Key box, we thought that when we put the code they send you, it was like the lock lock, and it's not, but Eduardo helped us and everything was excellent.

We had a very comfortable stay at Steph's place in Puerto Morelos! From the start, her communication was top notch and she promptly replied to any of my questions. We secured a local rental car and driver based on her recommendations and it was simply so easy getting to her place from the airport because of it. You'll definitely want a car based on the location but it's a short and easy drive to the beach (10 mins or so). The unit itself was in pristine condition and put together very thoughtfully. All the furniture, linens and bedding is new and nice and the beds were very comfortable. During our week stay we used the kitchen regularly and it was fully stocked with all the tools and utensils we'd need. The unit is at the end of the street within the complex so it's very peaceful and quiet apart from the sounds of birds (but who can complain about that!). Our boys swam in the complex pool every day and it's very well maintained and always a pleasant crowd around.

The 2 story townhouse was very clean and just as described in a middle-class, working neighborhood. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs; 1 bathroom downstairs. We met one the neighbors who was very friendly. The AC helped to keep the place cool during the heat outside. When we noticed that one of the toilets wasn't flushing properly, Veronica was very responsive and had it repaired within an hour! There is a gas cooktop and microwave oven in the kitchen. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We felt safe and had a chance to live more like a local with markets within a short driving distance. I would definitely want to come back and stay at Veronica's place.

Everything has been perfect. The house is beautiful and clean, surrounded by trees and calm. Jorge and Veronica are super hosts. We’ll come back for sure !

Our stay at the location was very good, the place is quiet, comfortable and very well located We had a slight issue with the heater but they supported us as much as possible, they sent us recommendations for our trip and it really felt like a very nice treatment

Great location and room

Such an amazing place, looks exactly like in the pictures. The check-in and check-out was super quick. Alberto was super helpful in the process.. We arrived a bit early but we were able to access the patio, pool and the beach. The property has all kitchenware with washing machine and oven. As we were group of 9 people, we prepared breakfast and dinner in-house. Also, the property comes with a bbq and we did make use of it. There was no problem with the parking. Christina is increíble host and would highly recommended this property anyone looking for secluded place to relax and have a good time.
