Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

This was an AMAZING location for convenience!! Best taco place in playa (El Fogón), lots of other restaurants, an organic market, and major supermarket all right on the corner! Carlos was absolutely THE BEST host ever!! I accidentally locked our passports in the safe day 1 and he made it happen to get it open so we could enjoy our vacation!! He gave TONS of recommendations!! I loved that the property had a balcony and there were beautiful plants everywhere!! I love to travel and I’m always so excited when I find a bnb that actually has a comfy bed!! The bed was large and super comfy!! The place was clean and there was even some cold water for us when we arrived which we were grateful for!! The beach and 5th Ave are each about 15 minutes walking or a short 3-5 minute taxi ride. The taxis were $3-$10 depending on who you ask and which way the wind is blowing 😂 (with tip we never paid over $175 pesos) Overall we had an amazing stay and I would absolutely recommend to stay with Carlos!

We really liked the accommodation in general, very clean and the bathrooms were also clean and tasteful, the pool was also very nice and comfortable, we leave very satisfied and I thank Miss Claudia very much for such good service 👍🏼

We had a wonderful stay at Diego & Marina's place. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex is secure and has a beautiful, jungle like feel. Getting there was easy and it was within walking distance to many great restaurants! We would definitely come back the next time we're in Tulum. Very happy! 😊

The host was always attentive, the instructions were clear, the place was clean and tidy (although it is a bit remote, without a vehicle it is a bit far away) however it is a good place and you get used to walking to go out. Everything was great. I would rent it again. The price was fair

Great stay in a lovely home. Exactly like the pictures and a nice pool to relax by any time during the day. The entire complex is out of town so if you like privacy and quiet, this is the place for you. A car is a must. Judy is a very responsive host and extremely accommodating. The keyless entry is a bonus and the apartment was perfect for our week long stay! Highly recommended.

Very useful location; across the street from the Isla Mujeres ferry (and nice public beach) and only a few minutes' ride on a $1 bus to many quality features of Cancun Hotel Zone. Beware that the traffic on the street makes loud noise in this 3rd floor apartment from early morning to late evening (we were also unlucky that right across the back street from us was a very active jackhammer demolition crew, but that's not Inma's fault). Also, it should be views of any water are not really visible from the extensive 3rd floor balcony. Overall, however, a very nice place to stay and an attentive Host!

The home was great, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. It had a wonderful pool and everything we needed for our stay. We were a bit confused on the door situation but our host was very attentive and was there to show us around. Would def book again!! Side note we visited and there was construction going on around the area. But other than that wonderful place

Clean, nice, and adorable. Sarah and Gerzon provide very good instructions on how to find the location, and are very responsive! I was only there for a few hours as I had a late night and and early flight, but the neighborhood appeared very safe. People were jogging and riding bikes in the morning. Right next to some great resorts that you can easily get a day pass to enjoy the amenities. Will be back !
