Condo vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

This is my 2nd stay at this location and with this host. I must say my stay is ALWAYS amazing. The concierge is also very helpful. They helped me setup an amazing birthday set up for my boyfriend. I would definitely book again.

Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Patricia’s place at El Taj was wonderful. It was exactly as she described in the listing, even the warning about the fishing boats and lack of beach. All of the amenities provided were welcomed. The restaurant attached to El Taj served as a beach club for the guests. The food (optional) and service from them was top notch. The gym is in a neighboring building that is only a couple of blocks away. It is a very nice gym with fitness classes offered. El Taj also offers included water fitness classes twice a week, which were excellent and well-attended. Most nights it was a quiet location, but one the weekends some noise could be heard from the nearby beach club. It wasn’t enough to keep you awake though. Fifth avenue is just a couple of blocks away. Patricia was very responsive with any questions I asked. She responded within 10-15 minutes.

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Great restaurant recommendations We enjoyed the gym and tennis court

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the help from both Gilles and Isaac. It was an excellent location and accommodations.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

The stay at Stefano's was just great – he is a very relaxed and accommodating host with a likable manner where you feel welcome immediately. The space is modernly decorated, well equipped and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The beautiful garden with pool completes the whole thing perfectly – we felt completely comfortable. 👍🏼

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

🌿 Airbnb Review – Tulum I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The space is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed — everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. I felt extremely comfortable and, most importantly, very safe throughout my entire trip, even as a solo traveler. A special thank you to the security guard, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He made me feel even more at ease and was always there when I had questions. This is the perfect place to relax, explore Tulum, and recharge. I’m truly grateful for this experience and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you again for everything! 💛

The proximity to town and restaurants is perfect. The dolphinarium surrounds the town which makes it fun to just walk to town for food, ice cream, drinks ETC. The unit is feet from the Ocean, pool, and more lounge chairs than people. Their is also plenty of shade for us fair skinned people who cant stay in the sun all day. The unit itself is well appointed with good TV for those seldom seen rainy times. Pesca herself rounds out the packge with her pleasant proffesionalism.
