Townhome vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

Very nice accommodation, the most equipped in the kitchen, it even had a washing machine. All the beds are extra large. It's a bit far away, you have to get around by vehicle

The apartment is very comfortable, impeccable and cozy. The host and staff were very kind to us. We felt at home. An excellent choice if you want to visit the island.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

I had a great stay at this condo in Tulum! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The host was kind and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect. really family friendly atmosphere. the neighbors are amazing. The pool was always perfect. The house was well stocked with extras. Everything was as described and more. We loved it so much we requested to extend. Ms. Christina is the perfect host. Rachel was also fabulous and flexible.

Amazing house in a residency with a couple other houses. The house is just perfect, equipment perfect as well and the beds are very good. I recommend.

me and my friends loved it, they left board games and a lot of towels which was helpful. The place was spacious and clean and with a private access to the beach and a shared pool. I recommend it.

Had an amazing stay at Gerardo’s place in Playa del Carmen! He was super responsive and friendly throughout. The house is even better in person; clean, spacious, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s a great location, easy to walk to nearby spots or grab a quick taxi to tourist areas. The home has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, internet, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight is the rooftop with a private soaking pool and outdoor space; perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

So I wanted to take the time to thank you for all you help while we here in Tulúm. We did try the following recommendations Los Aguachiles - We had dinner here the first night, the food was good and the Fresca were the best. We tried Onyx, this place amazing the food the drinks and the prices all amazing. We went to Cenote de Tortuga we made a deal with local to get tickets to Tulum Ruins and also Cenotes de Parque Yax-Muul . We recommend getting a tour guide for the ruins and the 2 cenotes where amazing more then we could have expected. We went to Playa Del Carmen to Playa Punta Esmeralda this was great we go to see a tortuga come on beach to lay eggs. We did travel to Javier Rio Gómez also very beautiful.

Great home it was very comfortable for our family of 8, excellent service from the host- very responsive. Safe area with gated security, felt safe and the area was quiet and away from all tourist attractions but still within 8-10 minutes from downtown playa del Carmen and xcaret parks.

AMAZING!!! That is the best way to describe this beautiful jungle house! Where do I even begin? The home itself has an amazing layout, extremely spacious, super clean, and well stocked with the basic necessities you need. The location was also perfect as it was in walking distance to the Ruins, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bakery's, coffee shops and so much more. The beach is just a short seven minutes or so drive away or a short, easy bike ride away. As for the host, Adrienne, she was outstanding. Her communication was great and her suggestions on the area were perfect. If you stay at this gem of an oasis, don't be shy to ask her for suggestions or information and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and I can't forget about the community pool - i honestly felt like it was my own personal pool because no one was ever there. It was steps outside the home in a beautiful, mostly shaded area. If you are looking for a great experience at a great value, don't miss out on Adrienne's beautiful home!

Great host! Thank you!!! Lots of stairs if you have trouble with climbing stairs - this one might not be the one for you! But the bonus of the stairs is you get the ocean view from the 3rd level deck!

Great location great price

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. Lupita was an excellent host! She was so responsive and helped us with every request, from food delivery, to recommendations for a private chef, transportation, restaurant recommendations, beach club recommendations and local tours. Not only did she have great recommendations, but she went the extra step to get it set up for us. The condo was very comfortable and beautiful, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a very comfortable stay at Steph's place in Puerto Morelos! From the start, her communication was top notch and she promptly replied to any of my questions. We secured a local rental car and driver based on her recommendations and it was simply so easy getting to her place from the airport because of it. You'll definitely want a car based on the location but it's a short and easy drive to the beach (10 mins or so). The unit itself was in pristine condition and put together very thoughtfully. All the furniture, linens and bedding is new and nice and the beds were very comfortable. During our week stay we used the kitchen regularly and it was fully stocked with all the tools and utensils we'd need. The unit is at the end of the street within the complex so it's very peaceful and quiet apart from the sounds of birds (but who can complain about that!). Our boys swam in the complex pool every day and it's very well maintained and always a pleasant crowd around.

The 2 story townhouse was very clean and just as described in a middle-class, working neighborhood. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs; 1 bathroom downstairs. We met one the neighbors who was very friendly. The AC helped to keep the place cool during the heat outside. When we noticed that one of the toilets wasn't flushing properly, Veronica was very responsive and had it repaired within an hour! There is a gas cooktop and microwave oven in the kitchen. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We felt safe and had a chance to live more like a local with markets within a short driving distance. I would definitely want to come back and stay at Veronica's place.

Everything has been perfect. The house is beautiful and clean, surrounded by trees and calm. Jorge and Veronica are super hosts. We’ll come back for sure !

Our stay at the location was very good, the place is quiet, comfortable and very well located We had a slight issue with the heater but they supported us as much as possible, they sent us recommendations for our trip and it really felt like a very nice treatment
