If your looking for peaceful place with beautiful scenery this is the perfect spot. Breakfast, dinner & drink served on location (Not included in price) They don't really responde to Airbnb messages but there is a check in desk there and very friendly staff to help with all of your needs. We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast both mornings and dinner one evening. The food was great! Cons- This side of the island is ran on generators so air conditioning is only available from 9pm to 9am. The rest of the time open your balcony door to get the ocean breeze! We would stay again. They also offer a day pass for $20 if you want to swim or you can stop in to eat as well without a reservation.

We enjoyed our stay at Sergio´s place at Amansala. The staff was lovely and helpful. The food and drinks were great and when we wanted some more variety we crossed the street to El Tabano which is excellent. Parking is easily accessible and free. We enjoyed the yoga classes in the mornings and afternoons. The room is actually a private suite at the back of the property in Amansala Chica, but still steps from the beach. Heads up that this is a resort and the room rate through Airbnb does not include anything else. They do offer a special breakfast rate if you pay for your full stay.

Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

This is our third time coming to the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked that the location was close enough to restaurants, beach and other conveniences. Mornings were wonderful for daily walks along malecon. The plunge pool was so nice to cool off in. We would definitely stay again. Tom and Dawn are very kind and personable. They are quick to respond to questions.

Overall it was a pleasant stay that met the requirements. It would be great to add to the description that the full bathroom is located inside one of the rooms, also that it will have a fixed shower (it is a hose shower). The staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Amazing is what I can say. Service was impeccable, hospitality at it’s finest. The location is tranquil and clean. From the breakfast to dinner, to the monkeys and the rooms; a definite 10 out of 10. The accessibility to the attractions and local pueblos was great. We will definitely return! Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience for our first time visiting Mexico.

This was such a wonderful stay! The space looks just like the photos and it is very spacious! The hosts were extremely proactive, responsive, and accommodating. The building is secure and makes you feel like you are right at home. There is a cafe just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. Thank you for hosting me in this beautiful space!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! My friend Camber and I had the most incredible experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bubble had everything we needed—air conditioning, TV, WiFi, a fridge, lights, a toilet, a shower, and the softest robes. One of the highlights was the onsite cenote, where we swam with fish, dipped under a waterfall, and soaked up the sun. The property also had a fantastic food and drink area, a yoga studio, and additional offerings like a cacao ceremony, massages, and excursions. We never even felt the need to leave because everything we wanted was right there! And the staff? Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Their hospitality made our stay even more special. If you’re considering booking this place, do it—you won’t regret it!

Lovely hosts and a beautiful place to stay within walking distance of the ferry and central Cozumel. A quiet oasis with beautiful surroundings. Paloma the dog was a highlight.

I had a lovely stay. the complex is beautiful and well maintained and very clean! I had some trouble finding the place because I arrived at night time. but despite my late arrival, they were very accommodating and nice. It is in a quiet area and in between PDC and cancún, so it is nice and quiet. next time I hope to try the wakeboarding park!

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, fue lo que nos hizo reservar este alojamiento en nuestra última noche en Cancún. No fue difícil encontrar el lugar ya que las coordenadas fueron precisas pero es una zona de mucha casa quinta, calles sin pavimentar y no hay mucha limpieza y mantenimiento por parte del municipio, lo que nos dio un poco de ansiedad hasta encontrar el alojamiento. El lugar es bonito, la habitación estaba muy bien y el restaurante que tiene ahí resuelve muy bien la necesidad de comer algo sin tener que salir ya que no hay mucho en la zona, los precios están bien. Nos pidieron un taxi que nos llevó a la madrugada al aeropuerto, todo bien coordinado.

It's an excellent place, I got around by motorcycle and car, so the distance seemed very good to me. It had space for the motorcycle and the place is spacious. I actually spent most of the day outside, but it was quiet enough to get some sleep, as it was a quiet place. You couldn't hear music like I have when I stay closer to the pier. There are also shops and taquerias nearby to walk to. The price was one of the best and the place was very comfortable to rest.

excelente ubicación, muy amplio, excelente relación calidad precio. Con respecto al alojamiento todo excelente, el único detalle que puede mejorar es el chico que nos atendió al hacer check in, no era amable y nada atento. pero de ahí en fuera súper recomendable.
