Richard est un hôte exceptionnel. Il nous a accueillis de manière très chaleureuse dans sa magnifique ferme. La pièce principale est absolument superbe et la maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a de nombreuses balades à faire dans l’environnement proche au milieu de la campagne anglaise, tout en ayant la possibilité d’accéder assez rapidement à des restaurants. C’est un endroit magique que je recommande à toute personne qui viendrait séjourner à Dorking. Par ailleurs, il est facile d’accéder à Londres par le train tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement de rêve. Un grand merci à Richard ainsi qu’à sa famille.

Really lovely stay with my Mum and nephew, great area, perfect if travelling to Legoland. Lovely restaurant in walking distance. Lots of thoughtful little extras. Bronwen was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - and has two very sweet dogs. Would definitely return and recommend thank you!!

Really great value for money; big and spacious enough for four, with 2 comfortable double beds, and Lynn even supplied us with breakfast things! The little courtyard was so lovely to sit outside.

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

Super stay at Rose Cottage! Located on a beautiful peaceful farm, yet just 1 minute from an excellent pub and great villages. A great base for our Surrey hills adventure! Colette was an excellent, responsive and helpful host! The cottage was immaculately clean and well stocked! Colette kindly brought us over some farm eggs and introduced us to her lambs! It was a delightful week. Thank you!

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

We stayed at Paul’s lovely property for the second time as we loved it so much the first time round. Our recent stay was made even better by the addition of a hot tub , the ping pong table and loads of board games and activities. The bedrooms were clean and comfy like before and we loved the living and dining space. Our 3 kids had an amazing time running around in the garden and going for little walks around the grounds. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and we loved having freshly popped popcorn for our movie evenings at the house! The property is close to Millets Farm Centre which was great for the kids as there’s always a lot to do there!

We had the loveliest stay. Greeted upon arrival by Cathanne and Dooby the dog. Given a helpful book which contained all the information we needed. The house was lovely, very clean & everything you would need for a stay had been thought of. Very comfy bed & great shower - didn’t want to get out of either! The area is lovely, we went to Goat Yoga at Blackwater Alpacas which we would recommend to anyone staying for something different to do. As well as a nice meal at the Angel & Harp. We both said we had a really nice stay and would come again if in the area. Thank you so much to Cathanne & family!

We loved every minute of our stay at Foxtrot. Shelagh is such a lovely lady who has a fantastic eye for detail and really looks after her guests. We were expecting a small space and just needed a bed for a couple of nights, but it was so gorgeous that we didn’t want to leave. It was all so beautifully designed and tastefully done with absolutely everything we could possibly need. We woke up to see the sheep and birds through the patio doors and could sit outside or inside to watch them. We then discovered a pair of binoculars and ID guide and a book with bird calls to help us identify everything. Highly recommended in every aspect - not enough characters available to tell you everything - just stay and be delighted! Shelagh has a small pottery studio next door and makes the most beautiful mugs and jugs which are very reasonably priced and are for sale as well as for use in the cottage.

This was our first air B and B booking and we were very impressed. Firstly Andrew kept us informed pre arrival and was there to greet us. We felt very much at home and able to reach him if needed which we didn’t. We were particularly impressed with how clean the lodge was and at the attention to detail matching crockery, everything we could need in the kitchen and coordinated cushions, bedding etc. The bathroom was in an immaculate condition and again matching towels and the added beauty products. We would definitely re visit and pass on to friends and family. Thank you to both of you for a very pleasant stay.

Thank you for a lovely stay at the barn, spacious for us and our dog but it also had a really cosy feel to it. It has everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen, nice sofa’s and large TV with sky TV for those chilled out evenings. Lovely comfy bed and a big powerful shower. Great location for Oxford and Cotswolds. Good communication with Mel who is a great host. Thank you again 😊.

Another lovely stay at The Old Dairy and just as enjoyable as the last time. The barn is such a relaxing and comfortable space to spend time in that even if it was raining it would be a joy! A very special place run by lovely people. The farm shop is great and the plant sales tables are quite something! I wish we'd had more room in the car. We'll be back!

Amanda was delightful and friendly recommending pubs and restaurants particularly a superb Indian. Everything in the property was done to a very nice standard.

Absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The cottage was beautiful with stunning surroundings. Very comfortable and excellent amenities e.g EV charger, child's cot and high chair. Super hosts and very responsive and helpful. We travelled with a baby and 4 adults and this cottage was perfect. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back! Thankyou.

My wife, my mother and I stayed at the Dutch Barn in Wicken, Monday to Friday. The property is wonderful, presented to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. There were lovely views from the upstairs of the property across the surrounding fields. It was ideally located close to a number of National Trust properties we wished to visit. Sophie and Andrew were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend a stay and would not hesitate to book The Dutch Barn again in the future.

Stan and Judy were wonderful hosts always willing to stop for a chat and give recommendations for places to visit and eat. Very homely accommodation, spotlessly clean, plenty of cutlery and china everything we needed and a restful place to stay. We had access to their wonderful colourful scented garden and allowed to walk around the orchard.

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

Valerie’s cottage is very peaceful and is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. The Old House Barn is very clean and had all the amenities you will need. Valerie provided us great recommendations for places to visit and some great restaurants. She is also quick to respond to any messages. I definitely give her and The Old House Barn 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Logement pittoresque situé à l'arrière de l'habitation de Geraldine dont il est séparé par un joli petit jardin. Très bonne literie. Véritable cuisine permettant la préparation des repas. Convient pour un séjour (même prolongé) de 2 personnes faisant preuve d'un peu d'adaptation en raison de la configuration des lieux (plafond mansardé de la chambre à coucher, salle de bain exigüe). Avantages à disposition: bonne connexion internet, abonnement Netflix, coin salon confortable et reposant, commerces à proximité). Moments agréables de conversation avec Geraldine et son époux.

Gorgeous little place to stay for a weekend away. Sally was very nice and made us feel right at home. Had anything we could need in regard to the kitchen and bathroom. Will defo be back :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy to celebrate a special 40th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. Miranda was a fantastic host, went above and beyond with local recommendations and clear instructions, and the flexible checkout was a much-appreciated bonus! The Old Dairy is a stunning property with lots of great touches and is finished to a high standard - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also very much enjoyed the daily visit from the 2 lovable labradors!
