The location is absolutely perfect, and the apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated. It comes fully equipped with all the amenities and essentials one could possibly need. It felt more like a high-end aparthotel than just a regular apartment. Highly recommended. Also great communication from the host.

I loved very discreet, very quiet place near the supermarket near the airport, the only bad thing was that we had a problem at check-in time that caused us to arrive later than we had agreed, but everything else was great, I would stay again.

If we could give a rating of higher than 5 stars, we would. James is welcoming and very responsive. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen includes top quality crockery, cutlery, etc. as well as a few food supplies in the cupboard and fridge. Everything that we required was provided. In addition to that James went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We stayed for four days and could have stayed longer. We will definitely return, if the occasion arises. We loved staying here during our trip to London and would come back again! The location and apartment was perfect for what we needed and Vi was responsive to our questions and great in all communications. We appreciated the flexibility in checking in early and being able to store / pick up our luggage on check-out day. The lemon cake was also such a sweet gesture, making our stay as welcoming as possible.

This is the most communicative host that we’ve ever had. The response time is fantastic. The apartment is lovely and the balcony is amazing. The 10-15 minute walk to Pancras Station is manageable and the co-op next-door is very convenient for groceries and meals. There are no restaurants nearby. However, the short walk to Kings Cross has everything you could possibly need.

The apartment was even better in reality than in the photos - lovely decor and comfortable beds/sofas. As we had lovely weather for our weekend stay , we sat outside on the rooftop terrace relaxing at every opportunity, listening to birdsong and lake-watching the wildlife. We hadn’t appreciated the amount of activities on offer at Lower Mill Estate but used the outdoor heated pool, recliners and sauna before we checked in - it really started our weekend in relaxing mood. We went to Ballihoo restaurant during our visit and this was a great family restaurant, very casual with good food - a few minutes walk from the accommodation. We did some Cotswolds sightseeing on the Saturday and it was lovely to know our penthouse and sundeck was waiting when we returned in the afternoon. Jane recommended a local restaurant for the Saturday evening and we weren’t disappointed- the food was absolutely delicious and it made the weekend perfect. Jane & Nico - thank you for everything:-)

I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Absolutely amazing! Paul had everything needed and more! Felt right at home, this property is super close to all shops and amenities. I would highly recommend and will be staying again! Also the garden area is such a bonus.

Richard is a very very kind person Huge part of our being happy for our London stay is Richard as he is ready to help you whenever you need. The flat is clean, cozy and suits for a family. Its location is gorgeous as Regent Park, Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Selfridges, Madame Tussauds, Marylebone High Street lots of restaurants and bars… All of them are walking distance You are at the bus stop in one minute and 5 minute far from the Baker Street Tube station You can get anywhere easily you need to go The building and the street has so many security cameras and our street is very secured, me and my 7 years old son stayed without any problem I recommend the flat to everybody especially for those who travels with their family The bed is very comfortable,the shower nice and hot I would absolutely recommend Richard as a host Thank you Richard for all your support, being so kind and helpful We will be back!

Natalie was an AMAZING host. She is so friendly and accommodating! The flat was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. My only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer. If I’m ever lucky enough to find my way back to London I will definitely book this property again

Great modern, clean and spacious apartment in a great location, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants near by and only 5 minute walk to Clapham junction station

We had a wonderful stay in Rob’s apartment. Everything we visited throughout London was easily accessible either by bus or a nice walk. We were able to prepare quite a few meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The living room was a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city. Also, the occasional hot bath was a nice treat. Overall, a great experience!

Lovely accommodation from both inside and out, was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, really felt like we were staying in a cosy home. We were looking for a hideaway for a few days and for that the place was perfect, although it’s just off the main road the street is extremely quiet. Communication from the host, Clare, was excellent, she was very helpful. Location was also excellent, short walk to Camden station which makes the rest of London easily accessible.

We stayed here to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s very clean and the interior suits the surroundings perfectly. The view of the water is stunning and so lovely to look at first thing in the morning! I would highly recommend. There’s also lots to do on site which is real bonus. We walked to the local pub, the Bakers Arms which we’d highly recommend for a short but pleasant walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a fantastic stay, The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The space had everything I needed, and the little touches like [insert any special features: e.g., fresh towels, local recommendations, really made a difference. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Great house for 3 generations for half term break. Plenty of space to spread out, more than enough beds and bathrooms for 9 of us. Child friendly and lots of suitable books and games. We had a super time and fully recommend . We all fancy a return trip👍

We moved our stay at Julion’s place. It’s completely different to what we live in and our usual style so it was extremely fun with the family! The cinema room is next level! We loved the location, where the joke is situated was quiet and easy, especially for uber pick up to and from airport. Super close to trains also. I would highly recommend and would stay there again !!

The house itself is a major attraction. It has everything you need to feel at home. The beautiful garden provides a perfect setting for a pleasant, non-rainy day. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the Tube is a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of options nearby if you don’t want to go far. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Camden.

France’s place was impeccable. It’s a beautiful house with a stunning garden. We had a great time at this place. Everything was very clean and pristine. We highly recommend to anyone who wants some peaceful and quiet time.
