Vacation home rentals in River Thames

Julie’s flat in Brighton is a great Airbnb find. We were 4 adults and 2 small kids staying for a wedding and there was plenty of space for us. There is one really large bedroom which 4 of us comfortably fit in and then another double. The kitchen/dining/living is plenty big enough and leads onto a garden ( we had the one weekend of rain this year so didn’t use it). The kitchen is really well stocked and Julie left us fresh flowers and goodies which were so lovely! Julie is super responsive and helpful. The street is quiet, easy to park on yet a short walk from lots of cafes, pubs and shops. We also caught the bus into Brighton from the end of the street and the train station is close by too. I’d highly recommend Julie’s place as a great spot to explore Brighton from, with a lovely neighbourhood feel.

Having stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years, I can honestly say that Daisy Lodge is up there with the best. The accommodation is beautiful. The lodge is spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could ever need. The location is peaceful and quiet yet only a 15 min walk from Stratford. Pam was friendly and responded quickly to any questions; the information pack she sent out prior to our visit was fantastic and packed full with recommendations and relevant information about the Lodge and the local area. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Spacious home, ideal for both holidays and remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking. Excellent location — just a short walk from restaurants, metro stations, and shops. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant to explore. Highly recommended!

A beautiful cosy place! My dad and wife spend few lovely days here. The locations is perfect to wake up and go for a walk in Bexley Woods and after that a 5 min walk to the station and train to London. Perfect. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful weekend! The place is absolutely lovely and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved walking through the fields and exploring the local pubs—it was such a memorable experience. Juliet and her husband were fantastic hosts, giving us all the information we needed and making us feel very welcome. The house and garden are just as stunning as in the photos—truly charming and peaceful. Everything was comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to enjoy. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for work and streaming, which was a nice bonus. We’re already looking forward to coming back—hopefully for a longer stay next time!

We had an amazing stay here for a girls weekend away, only downside was that we didn't book for longer! The common area was absolutely perfect for a bigger group with some beautiful views as well, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were great and very spacious too. We made use of the spa, gym and tennis courts (free) but didn't have enough time to enjoy any of the water activities around. Would highly recommend!

Karin (and James) are wonderful hosts, they were extremely welcoming when we arrived and showed us everything we needed. They went above and beyond with fresh cut flowers & tasty treats. It is a fantastic place, exactly as seen, with beautiful surroundings. Perfect stay!

We have stayed at Gail’s Annex a number of times and it’s always been just what we’ve needed, like a home from home. We had a wonderful long stay while searching for and buying our next home. Gail is a super host and we are so grateful she could help us smooth the path ahead. It’s cosy while spacious, it’s clean, it’s comfortable and with everything you need and with parking. The village is lovely and we enjoyed watching the cricket and exploring the wonderful walks nearby. Everybody is very friendly too. There are not enough stars on here to rate - it’s a 10! from us both. And the dogs are gorgeous too. We really loved our stay. Thank you!

Had a lovely two month stay at this great little apartment, perfectly located for city for work and locally for the array of bars/restaurants and right on the common for walks and greenery … great combo of city life without feeling it! Massimo was amazingly responsive and helpful before and during. Highly recommend

Suzie's home is a beautiful place for a relaxing base to explore the fantastic New Forest as it is stunning. The Lodge was amazing, VERY clean and comfortable. Suzie has done a wonderful job with everything you could possibly need including quality fixture and fittings. I could not fault this Lodge to stay in and will be using it again. Aubreys restaurant is lovely with great food. The New Forest has so much to do and needs to be explored. The local town is only a few miles away. Thank you Suzie 🙂.

Lovely house and very well equipped. The lower bedroom was a bit damp and the bed a bit uncomfortable. The other beds were very comfortable though. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Would have been nice to have some more outside garden furniture as the weather was lovely. Over all a lovely home and we had a very enjoyable weekend. Thank you both.

I've just returned from a weekend away with my family of 11 to celebrate my brothers 40th, Kate place is fantastic from start to finish. Kate was great with any questions I had, the location was beautiful, highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely weekend , great memories were made.

I spent a week at the Coach House on two separate occasions in April, while visiting family in the area. I had a wonderful stay on both occasions. The place is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with high-quality amenities. Nicki was great to deal with, providing thoughtful touches and a welcome pack of bread, milk, muesli and other goodies. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I'm very much looking forward to the next time I come to Odiham, so I can stay here again.

I had a lovely stay, the cabin was perfectly located for me to attend an event just down the road in Ripley. I loved the peaceful location right by the river, getting to watch canal boats go by from the terrace. As the weather was really hot I also particularly appreciated the air con and fantastic waterfall shower!

It was a lovely one night stay at Coral's appartement. She was a fantastic host who quickly responded and was very accomodating to our additional needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Thank you!

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!

My husband and I stayed at The Milking Parlour for three nights whilst visiting the Cotswolds. From the moment we turned into the farm, we knew we had arrived somewhere special. Ian has created a fantastic destination. We were utterly charmed as we walked in and took in the layout and decor. It really is the loveliest barn conversion and the location is so peaceful and relaxing. With a bedroom flanking each end and marvellous floor to ceiling glass windows that look out over the orchard, it is such a peaceful, well decorated home. Ian is an exceptional host. Very friendly, with wonderful suggestions for exploring the area and also giving us the opportunity to look inside of the other rentals tucked away nearby, should we want to return another time. And we do! I can’t recommend this property highly enough! This is a beautiful escape for a relaxing holiday, in a wonderful area and managed by a thoughtful, generous host.

We absolutely loved the located. The place is full or nature and greenery! sorry peaceful and private. It was such a bonus to have a washer and a dryer during 18 days of travel. The host was great and very responsive. No complaints here!!
